And now us Michigan fans are excited for the Lions. I've always lived in Michigan. Yesterday driving from my daughter's home in the Detroit area over to West side of the state where we live, stopped at a gas station and there were Michigan fans on their way to the game! And they won! Oh yeah. The yarn is beautiful. Lol
Best exercise for bone health is weight-bearing exercise ie push-ups, lifting free-weights, carrying bags of books & yarn...

Great podcast! I love your Artus colors and green is my favorite color so I love seeing all the green yarn you show. We watched the championship game. Although I am a Spartan I did support the Wolverine’s and they won!

I’ve made 3 Lethos . I love that pattern . One for my husband and 2 for me. My go to sweaters. Here in Utah the sweater is the perfect weight and warmth

Pam once named Essie’s Crochet Away so I tried it and it’s one of my favorite nail colors now.
