10 MIN PERGOLA ON A CLIFF TIMELAPSE l DIY Wooden Pergola Build in under 10 Minutes

We're at it again with another Pergola build, but this time we are building in extreme weather and at some sketchy heights! Make sure you're subscribed and watch Part 1 of this series to get up to speed!
We kick off the wooden pergola build by setting the foundations in concrete. We set our metal posts first which have to be individually measured and cut to compensate for the uneven terrain. Midway, we get stuck in one of the worst storms in decades, but we plough through and manage to get the wooden posts installed before securing all the perimeter beams and rafters followed by our purlins!
We finished this picturesque Pergola off in a creosote wood preservative and finally get to enjoy the new outdoor entertainment area and admire the beautiful South African sunset.
