@MAJOR PIMPIN you don't need 632 cubic inches Turbo'd unless you're going for a 2000 HP setup. If you're going for a track car, sure. But if you want anything reliable and willing to run on the road, absolutely not.

That is a completely invalid blanket statement. Are you saying a 572ci engine with pump gas tolerable compression, short valve events, limited carb cfm, a small cross section cylinder head in the mid 300s at .750 on a 1020 and an unmodified intake manifold should make 1000hp N/A all day??? @@geneticrex on e85 i think yes, on 93 i think not, unless he's an engine builder that knows all the secrets to max hp..lol Plus, it all depends on what the owner wants the engine for, if just a n/a build then yes, if he wants it for boost, then that's another reason why he'd be on low compression with lower n/a hp.. i would build a 632 BBC/BBF instead of a 572 tho, why go big, when you can go bigger..lol
@@P71ScrewHead We all know (or should) that a 572 engine is capable of 1000hp naturally aspirated and 1500hp with a good shot of nitrous, but I don't care how many "secrets" an engine builder knows.....there is no way you'll put up those numbers on an accurate dyno the way this particular engine has been designed. I have a question. Before buying a big block it would tell you what it’s rated at which could be @700hp so without adding any power induction how can a big block get to 1000 horsepower?

Just read the title about “squeezing” 1000hp from a 572! LOL! Cup cars have been doing that for decades with a small cubic inch small block. NHRA get about 1500hp from a 500cid. That’s called “squeezing” or aka maximum effort and typical for competitive racing.
Now there's a 632 1000hp crate I believe from chevy.
Yes there is. If you go to hoonigan's youtube channel they're putting a 632 in a 3rd gen camaro
It's based off of a 572

Check how young Pat is.
Beautiful wagon.
That would make an awesome cruiser, at 500 hp.
Im not really into wagons but that thing is pretty awesome, I would sure as hell roll it!🤙🇺🇲
@@rayhope7957 Did you notice that it was a Bel Air before the restoration? Turning it into a Biscayne must have save 10, maybe 20 pounds alone! 🤪
Beautiful build, and fast too. Proper ppe and a turbo, turn that wagon into a rocketship.
Its amazing what you can do with these crate motors! Alot of the Offroad cars on our channel have very similar engines and they are insanely fast!
All right!! That's it! I'm playing Powerball tonight!! 😁😁😁😁😁💰💰💰💰💰💰
I wonder if this is the first time Pat was on the show.
I don’t think it was, there’s a few episodes he’s in before this where he does some engine work for them.
@@TheAleutiansolution cool info. I wonder if the TV money is better then working for a national team.. Or he had to give it up to settle down.

I liked the original color of the wagon.
A 1000hp na should be easy with that engine.
Not without more cylinder head, compression, and cam
You had to get the rods reconditioned to change out the rod bolts?
You can really tell how low ago this was taped. You see how young Patric is in this? Lol.
Well the zz632 is out fellas! I just have to see the transmission behind this thing!
Does an Allison bolt up to 632 block?!
I know that this vid is very old, but a 572 should make 1000 hp N/A all day long! The title should read 1500 + with Nitrous.
Not on pump gas it wont

They sprayed 250 shot NOS got 218hp more ? Shouldn’t it be 250 something is wrong or they pulled to much timing especially with 110 octane
Oops came here to see 1000 N/A. Bye

With 800 actual horsepower the '68 Biscayne wagon should be in the 9s at 140 mph...unless he switched it out for a 560 bhp engine...

Squeezing? They come with like 800 hp stock, people make bigger gains in civics with a turbo and a cold air intake. Lol
A gain of 216? Shouldn't it be a gain on 250+?
