Great video and very descriptive. I have one doubt.... For a 40 by 60 plot, how have you provided 1800 Sq. Ft+ floor plate. How much was the set back all around?
Because, I have a 40 by 60 plot and, I am not able to get more than 1500 Sq. Ft floor plate, due to 5 feet set back all around.
