Using materials that resonate with the surroundings and utilizing every inch of the land - both horizontally and vertically are some of the key highlights of this project. The style quotient is superb. Whether its the cane furniture or the curtains or the colour palette or the breathtaking greenery at every nook and corner, this home scores big. And not just looks it looks, even though it appears very stylish and it feels very comfortable. There's an elevator and the double height ceiling gives such an expansive look and feel. Are the curtains remote controlled? The curtain fabric is very light fluffy and looks chic. The furniture and curio selection is truly lovable. Where are such architects hiding? Did this architect just design the home? Or was he involved in design, build, furniture and curio selection as well? And it a complete work by him or do we see various teams chipping in? Truly a masterpiece. The outside facade looks a tad disappointing but I guess the client felt less is more. It looks demure on the outside but wow on the inside. The architect, design and build team have done a fantastic job. Very proud owners they must be. Best wishes to the owners for a fabulous life ahead in this stunning home. And let's not forget the architect is an eye candy as well 😜.

that might be the total built up area of the house the size mentioned on the video title is the actual size of the site meaning 60 x 40

Guys first of all this is a nice house and also this is not a compact and low budget house. This is huge and luxurious , here people are looking for house below 1500sq not so luxurious but very attracting close to their heart. please make videos on small cute houses

its a great design and would consider that for my furutre house. However, I dont understand the demand of making a house looking like a hotel room which so many false ceilings to collect the dust? maybe its my choice but Its really put me off from while considering its unnecessity and cost.

Call them baba. Who is going to give you price quotation here like this? Thoda common sense rakho yaar. There are technicalities involved too. Fyi - Normally cost of construction varies from 2000 to 2500 rs per sqft. This does not include interior work.
@@2487xyz I don't know why people are so obsessed with the cost. Cost in construction is very volatile. Six months gone and cost is no longer relevant.
