The Micheal you reference is the guy on e90 post an ls1tech who's done this to a 328? I've been in contact with him too. Glad to see it looks doable in an e82 also. Thanks to you guys for taking the plunge.
Alex Smith yes sir that is the same Michael I’m referring to. We’re doing a lot of work to get this “kit” together to have no fitment issues and keep maintenance easy for the end user.
I have a German spec 2010 E82 120i in Sedona Red, thats a straight 4 cylinder no turbo. It's only got about 20,000 miles though. If it ever had serious engine issues years from now I'd consider an LS or EV swap would be cool if financially reasonable. Completley stock, I've achieved max 250kph in it on the Autobahn, the little engine that could.

The cars that do this do not sound good sounds like a truck . It’s not that faster than a boosted but it’s stronger. You need to use nitrous for boost instead of turbos. Better off with a 2jzswap . But the reliability don’t let that fool you into getting an Ls swap trust me . If so you are gonna be spending a lot of money on nitro! Not street legal so first time a cop pulls you over and it’s not street legal you automatically loose your car just like when you ship over sea!
