Arya isn't stupid at all, she is testing Sansa to see where her loyalties really lie knowing the whole time Littlefinger is listening nearby.She cant straight up tell Sansa or have a sit down and explain it all while littlefinger is lurking about.When Arya gave Sansa the knife it shows she is on her side ultimately.Arya want's Sansa to kill Littlefinger herself.
1.) Arya is either pretending to fall for Littlefingers plans and is playing the "game of faces" with Sansa to test her allegiance or 2.) the writers are ruining her character. I personally believe its #1 There's no way a trained assassin who killed the ENTIRE Frey family without getting caught can get caught by Littlefinger outside of his door. He's not even a stranger to her either, shes been there while he was conniving with Tywin about defeating Robb, her own brother and Stannis.
I think Sansa is who is playing Littlefinger. I remember last season how people thought she was playing with The Waif but at the end she got stabbed in stomach.
