She’s said in talk shows that’s she’s already donated the $7 million. $3.5 to ACLU and $3.5 to a childrens hospital. Not that she signed something saying she will but that she actually did already. Win or lose in this lawsuit for Johnny, I think he’s already achieved what he’s been trying to.

I was scared she was going to win this because Johnny is so famous and usually it’s really hard for people like him to win a defamation case… but that article she wrote for the Washington Post and the conspiracy she conjured up to publish it around the time Aquaman came out was heinous and there’s no way she’s gonna win this case…. Unless the jury are all high on something.
Not an American, but I was shocked to see the verdict of casey anthony case. So anything is possible.

For me, even if Johnny somehow doesn’t win in this “Virginia” court he has won in the courts of public opinion! There is an overwhelming number of support for JD. AH on the other hand, she’s damaged her career, she was recently dumped by “Me Too” 🤣 because of this case, they said after hearing the recordings they parted ways with her! There are petitions boycotting Aquaman (which I signed), and if it’s anything Hollywood doesn’t like is problematic people! It will be tough for anyone to trust and or work with her even if JD looses because there has been a lot of damming evidence and or witnesses against AH! Quite frankly to me, since following and hearing this trial she seems like a difficult person who is manipulative and most people even her own staff didn’t care for…so who wants to work with that in Hollywood? 🤷🏽♀️

There is a difference between having a representative/employee claim something, and the ACLU itself officially announcing it (which they didn't).

@@kurohunt125 I haven't seen her current testimony. But this court can't address past perjury from past cases, particularly as the one case I know she might have was in the UK. It isn't an issue before the court in this matter, and no US court would have jurisdiction. Johnny Depp could open an appeal on the basis of the perjury, but he seemed to want to avoid more legal fighting. He made at least one public settlement offer warning her she might not want this to go to court. I don't think he wants to pursue it. Courts generally don't act proactively, they are by nature reactionary. If she has lied in this court in this case, Johnny's legal team would have to point it out and motion for her to be sanctioned. Otherwise, its a matter for the jury who to trust.
Her career is over after this trial anyways no matter the verdict. No one is going to want to support or cast her in anything from this point forward, just because of the controversy surrounding her name in the first place

this is the importance of a prenuptial agreement, which is about separating assets and not getting any inheritance.. if someone wants to marry you even though they don't get anything, it means he is sincere to you. If you get married, there is no agreement, when there will be problems and there will be separation, there will be property to be fussed over

I don’t understand how she said “I wanted nothing”, when clearly she’s taken the $7m. Johnny made the first instalment directly to the charity, had he continued they would’ve had the whole amount by now in instalments. But no, she intervened to make sure the money routed to her claiming Johnny should pay the full $14m to include taxes if he was going to continue the instalments, but this apparently doesn’t apply to her, that’s so crazy.
