- During the defamation trial on Tuesday, Hollywood expert Richard Marks testified that Amber Heard's career is not comparable to Jason Momoa's. He stated that it is not accurate to expect Heard to get the same salary raises that Momoa gets for Aquaman and other television series.

Man, I cringed when Walter Hamada said nah she wasn’t the star. I would have gone under the desk. Embarrassing.
She’s so hyper aware of being watched whilst she’s being critiqued. Whenever a witness has testimony that doesn’t reflect well on her, she ‘writes notes’ constantly and avoids glaring at the witness and jury as usual. She exaggerates her facial expressions and her nodding when her lawyers whisper something. It’s like she goes into ‘act fine, look unbothered, look content’ mode.

The entire movie was forgettable. That it was so incredibly successful is quite honestly a pretty sad reflection of American culture at this point.

I agree. I believed every word he said. He was quick to respond with with zero hesitation. He used terminology that anyone outside of the business could understand. That was very helpful for the jury because they were able to really understand everything he was talking about. And it just makes sense. He was a very good witness. 100% credible.

I literally had never even heard of Amber Heard before the trial with Johnny. To compare her career with Jason Mamoa's, Gal Gadot's, Zendaya's, etc. is a joke. Literally the only movie I've ever heard her name attached to is Aquaman.
Also, something I find really annoying is the fact that the judge verbally stops all of Johnny's witnesses from talking when AH's attorneys object, but she lets AH ramble on and on after an objection has been raised by Johnny's attorneys and doesn't stop her. Even when Camille literally asked the judge to tell AH to stop talking as soon as Camille raised an objection, the judge refused. It's really starting to make me angry.

Right here he, as an actual practicing, working Hollywood lawyer who negotiates deals for big name actors, is putting his foot down against a person who proudly calls herself an "expert" in the same industry. Let us not forget that Amber and her counsel tried to dismiss this trial from happening 4 times before, the 5th time was JUUST before it was her turn to testify. She never wanted to testify because she knew the nonsense we'd hear, and have listened to, throughout this trial. She's a POS who needs to not only pay Johnny that 50 mill, I wish the jury could also instruct her to pay Jonny that 7 mill directly, so HE can give It to the charities. Since she's clearly failed to deliver. She hadn't even signed the pledge document yet. That was SIX years ago. We would have never known her level of deceit if we depended on the press to give us the news.

My cousin met Amber when she worked on a film in Texas back in 2005 or 2006. She said everyone disliked her because she carried a real spoiled, nasty attitude for a no-name actress. She let her dogs crap all over her trailer and left everyone to clean it up, and she stayed in heated arguments with her then girlfriend, making everything tense. My cousin said after wrap, the crew made a parody making fun of Amber Heard because they all carried such disdain for her.

The fact that she refuses to pay attention to current court proceedings and testimony of witnesses regardless if she likes what they say or not is very disrespectful and her behavior is definitely noted by the jury. It shows she can not handle hard truths.

I have yet to see Johnny look up throughout most of the trial, while wearing tinted glasses. He does not come off as someone who is incensed by this article when he’s laughing about how many drugs he takes. I have yet to see Amber smile or laugh about any of this, that is the behavior of a victim. However, I’m not completely on her side. There are a few instances that someone with borderline personality disorder does that can trigger someone to actually seek out more drugs than they were already taking, knowing that they were about to face a firing squad when they would come home. She will grill you as to where you were, [JD] whom you were with, what did you do, how many drugs did you do and why? The video and recording she made was not to show him what his behavior was after he had nodded off, it was truly a “methodical” operation, done by Amber, knowing that if Johnny were to leave her, she believed the information she compiled was so damning, that Johnny was just given to her.

I also didn't sit there stone faced when my abuser was lying on the stand' I was visably upset. You don't need dramatics when you are telling the truth.
Not only that, her lawyers tried to say Johnny "not paying attention" and "doodling" showed bad cognitive capabilities.
Richard Marks knowledge is awesome. He said advertising endorsements are 'a business of personalities'. After Heard's 2018 'break out moment' there were no endorsements offered in the 16 months prior to Waldman's statements. Gold dust.

I think some people on her team destroyed themselves by not being able to think of creative ways to re-word their questions. If you watch, a large portion of the objections by the Depp team were hearsay and elaine and other struggled to word their questions in a way to work around that.
I'm sorry, this is a serious issue, and this gentleman is such a highly knowledgeable person, and all that, but his "she goes by one name" comment about Zendaya cracks me up. How DO you compare yourself to someone who is so hugely successful that the world knows who they are just by one name?! Even after Aquaman 1 was released, most people I know (including me) didn't know who Heard was
Exactly! Even I didn't know who she was after seeing Aquaman in theatres _twice_ (once on a family outing, and once with a group of friends) and I already KNEW she was Johhny's girl upon seeing her in *The Rum Diary* and *Drive Angry* as a blonde.

Why can't she ever look at the witness when they're debunking all her claims? It's painful to watch her pretend to take notes like she's at a lecture at school. If she's not writing things down she's talking to her lawyer, pretending the testimony isn't bothering her or that it's not important.

But it doesn't mean she was adored by many like the friends cast or even just quite popular. There's absolutely no guarantee her name would justify such a pay by bringing a similar following to theaters/ streaming platforms.
