This thing has got to be the coolest thing in ultrakill so far IMO.
scratches all the itches I had for a boss: Giant machine, big weapons, an escape sequence, it got it all.

This remix goes unimaginably hard. First phase being titled "Original Target" is such a badass and cool nod to the lore behind V1 and the Earthmover, too.
This really was the only way it could have ended.

Each new machine has been created to replace the old one, but V1 is not happy with this way of things.

V1 was *meant* to kill Earthmovers from the inside by slaughtering everyone in its path and then blowing the AI core.
That is the funny robot's purpose. Death, delivered on a mass scale and the total slaughter of what had become walking fortress-cities in a war that had lost all semblance of its original goals. A weapon created to end a now reasonless war that had been waging for 200 years because all humanity had left was the singular goal of killing the enemy, no trace of the nations that had started the Great War remaining.
A simple, elegant solution of revenge.
A Vengeance weapon if you will. Humanity's true magnum opus.

had an idea of what this could be called to follow the naming conventions of your other violence remixes, "The World: Reduced to Ash"
This is the kind of remix I’d expect to hear if V1 had to fight an Earthmover in the Cyber Grind.
This sounds like the earthmover has been taken over completely by the weird hell flesh thingies

I hear some sounds used in Smash Bros Brawl's Subspace emissary! (btw where did you get them?)
the synths are mostly default FL studio synths (Flex, Poizone, Sytrus, Morphine, GMS, Harmor, and Harmless.
The not FL stuff is: LABS. Guitar rig 6 from Kontakt (for the "guitar" which is grungy from GMS ran through the megaphone preset).
Percussion is a hybrid of Amen break samples, and Uncivilized G'rooves (Most popular from the metroid prime trilogy music.) Note: this is why I have nicknamed this hybrid "Amentroid".
I suspect that you might be mishearing it, but there are intentional references from metroid music put into the track's style.
1:20 is it only me or does it slightly reminds me of spooky mansion jumpscare's specimen 8 chase theme

it's a combo of a general amen break sample I found for free, and "Uncivilized G'rooves". Most of the instruments can be found in FL studio, but some (the strings as a good example) are from LABS.

@@iamafuckingfailure honestly, probably, especially if you dont consider the metagaming elements of ultrakill lore(like v1 respawning after every death).
V1 is canonically very flimsy due to its mobile prototype design, and it uses blood as its energy source.
Samus has dna built for draining energy, blood included(see metroid prime 3, metroid dread) and has canonically killed a god(see metroid prime hunters) aswell as committed genocide on an entire alien species, save for one(see metroid 1, samus returns, and super metroid)
With all these feats aswell as the knowledge that samus is used to fighting robotic enemies much stronger, id say samus would win that battle 100%
