You’re back! Yay! This was a super wholesome video to watch ✨ You were truly in your element and shining with so much vibrancy, despite what you’ve been challenged with recently. Sending love 💕
Thank you for this video - much needed, it felt like a gentle caress with lots of delicious inspiration! You definitely have a gift - your voice is such a soothing guide!
So glad I found your videos!! You are really what I needed right now. Wish you were my neighbor. ❤❤❤❤ thank you for the plant based food ideas I am getting bored of my food
Nothing is permanent. This to shall pass. I have a question, with all the displaced people from hurricane Helene. If a weather event hit your area and you cannot get any fresh fruit or veges. and you cannot get out. no electric etc. all that gets donated is junk food, what would you do? this happenened to a family member.
@@Cindyscrossstitch perfectly suitable to turn towards more subsist-able whole survival foods in times of crisis (or not). Things like potatoes, beans, rice/grains, soups have been leaned on with great success in times of survival and crisis, but they’re also staples that can be no shame utilized in a healthy affordable plant diet. Junk food can be relative… so simply opting for the most whole food options in the moment will serve someone as best as possible. Nervous system work and tending to self in the present would likely take the cake in a true survival scenario over worrying about the perfect input ♥️ sending your family member so much deep support right now. I personally would lean into whatever canned or dried veg/whole foods are available. Whatever filled me up and was the cleanest option available. That’s all one can do. I also have a ton of sprout seeds, heaps of dried nutrition powders, frozen foods that could be thawed and Lara bars for these types of scenarios. And I would lean into wider windows of fasting, which would likely be very natural in a state of acute crisis (for me). This is something the body would ideally be primed for before a disaster.
