I think there are two things that really stand out in this video. One is the simplicity of his strokes. There are no wild or extreme motions like Nadal or Medvedev. It's just fluent, repeatable motions. The second is his reaction time. As soon as the ball has left his opponent's racquet, he's already made half a body turn! He's in position so quickly, which of course gives him so many more hitting options. I think because of this, he's the best at hitting the corners of the court. He simply has more time to work out the shot.

All high level players get into position early. I don’t see Novak doing anything different than most of the other guys. Now I do agree he has extremely efficient strokes. Very easy for him to repeat these motions consistently with great accuracy. Combine that with his terrific movement and his great ability to go from defense to offense and you have a 24 grand slam champion.
