Gotta say THANK YOU for including the replays! Often vids like this just give you the shot and hope you figured out which was Federer by the time he hits it😂
@@jasongoen6298 I'd have given a year of my life for the most gifted, and 'greatest' (which includes contribution to the game), to have been quantified as the best in terms of the major tournament wins.
Grazie mille Wivorn😊 Incredibile, ma vero. Il grande signor del tenis God how i miss him. Nadie, pero nadie e mas grande que Roger Federer. Dont give a monkey's how many you rack up; nobody but NOBODY does it betterer.
imma say it, 9.30 has my vote for the best net touch in tennis history. Everything about that shot is insane, the pace, the angle and on a tight score too.
It's obvious that Roger played the most breathtaking tennis of any player, ever. The talent he had to make everything seem so easy is unmatches. He always won matches on his own terms. With the changes in the game, surfaces slowing down, it became more of an athletic war, and that's Novak's and Nadal's type of tennis. With Sinner and Alcaraz, it seems more about the shotmaking once again, so I hope we see some more audacious play in the future, instead of physical warfare.
Incredible stuff but the shot against Nicholas Kiefer is pretty obviously out. If you pause it at 3:19 and have it just right, you can see plenty of dark grass between the ball and the white line.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not gonna knock the current state of tennis because it’s very high quality. But the magic of this man is missing and there’s a void there.
Why all of the sudden unofficial highlights channels like Novak India Fans, this and others are offering Tennis TV? Did they allow you to put ATP highlights with the condition of promoting Tennis tv?
Federer being pushed wide forehand just to get the flipback ball to the net guy's left as a marginal passing shot...he played to be the actual master djokovic was only pushed to count trophies.
Or maybe it’s sarcastic, perhaps? I don’t know, the point is that yeah, he’s amazing, but it’s okay to describe these shots as what they are, a combination of skill AND luck. It takes both to be great in my opinion🤷🏻♂️

Exactly!!!!
That smash-to-smash against Roddick has to go down as one of the most holy-F moments in all of tennis haha.
A artist, i miss him
An*
Federer will be remembered for a long, long, long, long, long time.

Great collection of shots, thanks
only regret is him not beating novak in 2019 wimbeldon, so sad. still the goat in my book
I've never recovered from that, and never will.
@@rupeydoopynobody will. Even Novak himself prolly knows he “stole it” by just being so good or lucky on the perfect moments who knows?

One point away from the goat title
@@BlizzyFoxTF yeah it's painful.

Federer is still the magician on the court still the goat in my opinion nobody is better than him at shot making
The King !!
Federer, simply the best.
The one and only🎉👏👌

I've seen all the legends, from Lendl onwards, Federer is my favourite, so far.
Well, how could he not be 😊. The only artist I’ve seen on tennis court
Real artistry.
That’s how you end it. Touché
The Goat Roger Federer
9:36 federer's magic is able to make a bald man grow hair.
LMAO
😂
Magic touch
The GOAT ❤
great video

Federer the Magician.
He makes it look easy. He was a video game character.
I personally believe that Federers backhandsmashvolleylob is the most innovative tennis shot in the history of tennis
маэстро , композитор в тениссе
Great performance. I like to meet him
Most skilled shot maker ever..

"Pretty obviously": only if you don't take the camera angle into consideration.
IF YOU'RE A ROGER FAN NO EXPLANATION IS NEEDED IF YOU'RE NOT A ROGER FAN NO EXPLANATION IS POSSIBLE

Emil I think you are right .
That thumbnail is funny af
Couple seconds into the video, 2006 Federer.... yes , you cant explain with words stuff he can do, you have to see to belive
Wrote a whole new book
Nole and Rafa have won more Slams, but they never did what he did....simply the best tennis player ever.
He did well against a bunch of opponents that didn't amount to anything
I don't recognize most of these opponents
He played in the era of andrei and goran?!? Was this at the end of their careers?

CIRCUS
so what i take from this is...dont hit it right at federer, also dont hit it away from federer. also, he should have kept the ponytail.
Incredible shot based on no physical rule.
Tennis's Messi for sure! ....or is Messi football's Federer?

9:52 Agassi has no sense of humour. You just know that so many players - remember Roddick - would just have laughed at that.
You can see him give a slight smirk as the ball lands over his head, but is visibly annoyed by the time he's sitting lmao
Well it’s a good job Annabelle Croft isn’t playing she doesn’t know what’s in or out does she !
title is so wrong...

But when someone slaps a winner of his serve,he'll complain it as luck.😂
Imagine coming off sounding bitter in a presser after having lost in the final of a Grand Slam, right?😂
GOAT! Not DJOK 😉
True greatness is not even needing those kind of shots to win.Trick shots and gimmicks can never make you the GOAT
@@brunofernandez2906 Doesn't even need them, that's true but these are moments of brilliance that few if anyone could do..
The GOAT, will be missed..
