  • This week we chat through our epic canopy kitchen! We have used this every day for nearly 9 months straight! We walk through each component and how it has gone with life on the road and is being used daily! We also go through what we would change if we could re-design it!

Explorebound has a good video on putting in a little 12v fan inside the fridge facing the freezer which will help

The main problem with upright fridges is that every time you open them all the cold air falls out . The ol' batteries are working a lot harder to keep the temperature down

Yes this is true! I can image this is how it works, luckily we haven’t run into too many problems yet😃

G'day guys, great set up. Loving your videos as I am currently planning a canopy build myself. How have you found the 1000mm height of your canopy? I am trying to decide between the 860mm & 1000mm. I like the idea of the extra room and being able to fit a larger fridge but I'm not sure how I will go opening the tent and setting up the awning. Id love some feedback on this topic. Keep up the great work guys, safe travels 👍

In my opinon I find the upright Bushman fridges overated. Other than Kings (in terms of the popular brands in OZ), the Bushman design issues are rampent. Nice canopy setup. and thanks for the content. Cheers
