The tweeter is sucked in by a large negative pressure in the middle of the housing and as you can see its dome is sucked in and pushed out, vibrates, you need to isolate the tweeters from the bass loudspeaker chamber, besides, the project is very cool, admirable greetings from Poland

Yea the lower tweeters aren't gonna last being that they are not sealed unless it a crossover problem and bass is coming through to them but I suspect if that's the case they wouldn't of made it through the demo even you could even just seal the back up with something like hot glue but either way its a very nice build I can only imagine how it sounds in person

@@Aw4yed the 4 in front are speakers and the one on the side at this time stamp is called a passive radiator. Passive radiators make blue tooth speaker water proof and make the bass sound better then would be if it was open on that side.

It’s nice and looks like it sounds good but on the last song the bottom tweeter looks like it’s popping because of the base hitting hard you should enclose the tweeters inside a smaller box internally to keep the sound clean and to prevent the popping

@@FordForTheWin Yeah it could be that it's either running full range somehow through miswire, or if the tweeter isn't a sealed component, the air pressure could be affecting it.

But this box he made is trash, he doesn't have the right air for those midrange which he is letting play bass also the finish is so poor, cracks are visible and the jbl fake membranes are designede for a surtain bass and not for looks only, what is the resonans of the units and the box?
This is a ok cool projekt, but it looks like shit and All common sense and knowledge about the science behind building the correct box and using correct filters are long gone....

Для пищалок нужно делать герметичный отсеки отделёные от сабовых динамиков. В конце видео видно что от давления пищалки гнёт во внутрь
Но это происходит только с нижней пищалкой. Что-то с ней то: то ли не приклеена, то ли мимо фильтра (конденсатора, которого, кстати, не видно в видео), и басы "выплёвывают" диффузор. Но эти твиттеры необязательно отделять аккустически, они сами по себе герметичные сзади.
Да и пассивный излучатель иногда волнами ходит. Короче, для пацанов сойдёт: Бум-ци, Бум-ци...

@@hvccreation Just cover them from the back with a pvc pipe cap. Seal it with some glue or hot melt glue. And it should keep that air separate. 👍🏾

@@Gerasim2202, но ведь каждый вч динамик уже имеет свой отдельный от других динамиков воздушный объем, у них как правило и нет никаких прорезей, чтобы они не вступали в контакт с другими динамиками. У тех, которые показаны в видео, тоже самое. Металлический или пластиковый колпак, а под ним малый объем воздуха. Я когда сам делал колонку, вч тоже не изолировал, а вот сч от Саба Я изолировал отдельными объемами

О взаимном влиянии разных динамиков друг на друга в одном пространстве не хочется и размышлять. Тема классная, но дины бы развести и каждому дать свой пассивник.

@@MultiWirth oh beleive me, ive had alot of ideas. But i really like the way JBL sounds plus i want the motherboard for LFM. Im going for simplicity but the usage of bigger amps on the inside would be a big plus.
@@dudethatuploadsstuff4247 JBL speakers have proper enclousure design calculated by the parameters of the drivers and they have a DSP which is a digital signal processing unit so the speaker itself will have more bass and often less treble to compensate the small enclosure and there´s no chance you can make this at home.
So with other words, even if you use JBL parts, it will never sound like a JBL box.
Building a speaker enclosure isn´t just putting a few parts together, it has to be the right size based on what is best for the individual driver, also called Thiele Small Parameter.
So before ripping apart some expensive stuff, think twice about this so you don´t get disappointed in the end.

such a nice build but you probably are suffering from comb filtering for using 2 tweeters per channel, 1 tweeter is better than 2 o 3, in case of tekton speakers they use a different crossover setup for every tweeter groups achieving a beaming effect that is really nice.

Great concept love the idea. Work on your painting skills and you’ll be golden, saw some nasty paint runs. I’d recommend double baffle on the front to hide the speakers mounting brackets. Mid woofers looks pretty good I’d run little higher grade tweets with some actual mounting tabs or something. Passive radiators are dope man never thought to use ones off JBL cool idea.

I think he should have used coax speakers then the tweeters are outside and not under pressure as well as the metal bridge across the woofer supporting the tweeter and/or midrange protects it from "Ger Fingerpoken" and "Ger Mitten Grabben" :)
