In this episode we play through the Promotional Demo for Adventure Out of Time called Titanic: The Lost Mission.
there are some... differences but it's a fun and largely forgotten slice of Adventure Out of Time history :)
I hope you guys enjoy watching this as much as I enjoyed playing this little gem.

Titanic adventure out of time still holds up really well in terms of music and atmosphere the recreation of the ship is spot on it's one of my favorite games.
Snethels the Steward is such an honorable guy. 10/10

The photo developing puzzle was pretty good considering it is the equivalent of watching paint dry 😀

I remember getting this demo disk in my stocking for Christmas before getting the full game later on, i can’t believe how different some of the voice actors were i did not remember that
Thank God this stayed lost, Penny's voice actor is hooooorrrible!!

Smethels seems to gesticulate more here than in the main game. And I DEFINITELY prefer Penny's main VA, the voice here just does not go with the face.
yeah I absolutely agree, Penny's voice in the main game is much more fitting and I also noticed that Murrow was a bit awkward in the demo, it seems like its the same actor that was putting on an accent? I guess that's placeholder dialogue for ya!

I do not like Penny's or Morrow's voice actors. Morrow's character seems different somehow? I can't imagine Officer Morrow who didn't like moonless nights to believe that "God himself could not sink this ship."
100% I agree! I'm glad he changed from the place holder character they had here
Morrow is quite clearly the same actor just doing a goofier accent
Good job! I think this "Lost Mission" was just a money grab. I was in a Computer Store AFTER playing Titanic Adventure Out of Time in the late 90's. I saw this CD Rom and eagerly paid the price for it thinking it was something ORIGINAL. After playing the whole game and experiencing multiple ending this was a real disappointment. I felt ripped-off by Cyberflix...LOL. This Lost Mission is okay to whet the appetite before playing Adventure out of Time, but a waste if you're already played it.
It was free before the game came out. I had a promo copy. You must have been robbed by the store you bought it from 😁

Also I am planning to write my own Titanic Story about these two ten year old cousins who sailed on the Titanic and Survived the nightmare of the shipwreck with their own courage and witts and their broken friendship but with great cost obviously meaning their families from their parents and older siblings did not survive the Titanic and the shipwreck brings them together and relationship closer.
So this is the pre-release demo for the game and to be honest I can't remember where I got it now :D with your book, that sounds awesome and I would definitely read it!

And I hope you love the story to I plan to have the story sad emotional and epic and full of surprises and revelation for starters the one revelation I can tell you is this the two cousins meet everyone that actually sailed on The Titanic from Captain Smith Bruce Ismay Thomas Andrews Benjamin Gutinhiem and his Italian butler and John Jacob Aster and Maddlin Aster and Molly Brown and Mr and Miss Strous and Mr And Miss Duff Gordon's and Jack Thayer and his parents and Milton Clyde Long and Daniel Marvin and his Wife Mary Marvin and Henry Harris and his wife Irene even witness Iren collapse down the star well and they meet the Duff Gordon's and The Alison's family and Eva Hart and her parents and The Novatel Brothers who were kidnap by their father Lawrence Bessley even Wallace Hartley and the rest of the band even The Titanic Officers from William Murdoch James Moody and Henry Wild and even Charles Lightoller and Jack Phillips and Harold Mbride and everyone else and everyone who actually sailed on The Titanic plays a part in the two cousins story and relationship.
