    I'll be getting it. I have the Massbuilder and it would be dope to have a collection, plus I wanna support the channel the best way for me. Stay dope af Brian, you're metal 🤘

    I ran the darkhorse program in 2018 and twice in 2019 and all of my lifts went up, I was the biggest I've ever been, and arguably my most athletic after running it. It's become my go to for when I have some space in between programs or when I don't have anything planned for that day in the gym I use the darkhorse template to structure my workout. I really appreciate the work put into making this. Keep up the good vibes, Brian.

    Been lifting seriously in Sweden (strongman competitively), for 20 years, working as a personal trainer, and I never bought a workout program in my life. Until today ;) Brian is so inspiring. As an athlete and as a human. Thanks for all the knowledge and the love I've been able to pick up through watching your channel, over the years, brother.

    Love darkhorse a lot. Think the biggest part that helped me was the increased frequency of each of the lifts because of the dynamic effort setup

    Love the 25$ preprogrammed get up and go kick some ass format, makes it easy for people to get familiar with your style of training. I'm currently getting back into the routine of training and the Minimalist seems like the best bet to do so. I failed my goals for the first half of 2022 due to bad time management, but aim to get at least halfway there before the third quarter of this year. Will definitely migrate to this one once I build up to it. Thank you for the valuable work you do!

    Bought the darkhorse from Brian, I'm 1/2 way through week 3, and I gotta say, this is the hardest program I have ever tried. Brutal....and I love it!! Def worth much more than 25$....will I get stronger at the end of 12 weeks?? Time will tell!! Thx Brian!

    Hey Brian, great video as always, love your stuff. You seem to be a big proponent of working up to a top set instead of backing up from. Is there any specific reason why? lIrc you apply this in nearly all of your programs. Aren't you then pre-fatigued for your top set? Not a critique just genuinely interested.

    Excellent. Another program to see how many times I can die. Will have to tweak as my backyard gym is limited to back squatting whatever I can clean and press to my back 😊 and floor presses from blocks.

    What's up Brian, really love your videos. Your workouts always look really fun and challenging. I am interested in getting one of your programs but not really sure what I should purchase. I want to build strength and muscle because I am pretty skinny. I have always done bodybuilding type of workouts but I would like to change it up and actually follow a plan. Should I try the darkhorse program or would you recommend something else? Appreciate it!

    I just bought the program. I noticed that there is no Conditioning section, but in your FREE darkhorse template video, there is. Which one is more recommended? Is there any reason why DARKHORSE perfected would not have conditionings included? I Was hoping there would be. Thanks for answers, take care

    • @BrianAlsruheOfficial
      @BrianAlsruheOfficial  2 роки тому +2

      The main reason why the conditioning is not added is because I replaced the traditional assistance with more assistance finisher sections.
      If you prefer to do traditional assistance then I would absolutely add 10 to 15 minutes of her conditioning to each session.
      But I try to keep the workouts under 90 minutes for the e-book versions so that’s why I went the assistance finisher route.

    About to run this program, Question -
    Can I run this as a 2 day a week program?
    Doing day 1 & 2 week one and day 3 & 4 week 2 ? I know it will turn it into a 24 week program. I ran your minimalist twice but with training kickboxing and Bjj plus work and family and the stress I am expecting this program to add I figured 2 days would be best. Last question when will a minimalist version 2 be released?
    Thanks in advance, stay well

    • @BrianAlsruheOfficial
      @BrianAlsruheOfficial  2 роки тому +1

      I’ll be honest with you brother, unless you are a very advanced lifter who knows exactly what his body needs and you can manipulate it pretty much it will, they’re lifting two days a week there’s not enough for virtually anyone outside of what I just described. Lifting is a kinetic language, and if you were trying to learn Swahili, working on it two hours a week is never going to make you fluent. I think you need a minimum of three days plus recovery stuff worked in in order to see progress. Unless you are very advanced or a very most beginner who doesn’t care that much about the progress

      Thank you for taking the time and replying, it is greatly appreciated. So 4 days it is for me just won’t roll on one of my Bjj days and only drill as active recovery. Thanks again love your programming and channel.
      Stay well 🤙🏼

    I have wicked pain my elbows from even doing 1 pullup. I suck it up and do my sets/reps, but how can I avoid this pain.
    Even with elbow sleeves it's ridiculous. I feel like any day now my arms are going to explode.
    Thoughts?

    Just bought the program. Random question though. I do have bands and chains. When programming let's so 50% for my lift is 100 pounds. If I use bands do I put 100 on the bar and then add the bands or should the bar, weights ava band tension together be 100? Hope that makes sense
