@@aussievocalcoach Teacher I have a question. Is it really advisable to do this daily? I was doing these 3 days in a row and the first two days were impeccable, I felt the power in my voice. But on the third day I didn't notice the same thing. Will it be fatigue? I always do the exercises comfortably and I never strain my voice. I was thinking about how when you do cardio for example, the first routines you always feel muscle fatigue, but as you progress the body resists better. Will it be something similar here? Because really, the first two days were excellent.
I appreciate the work that you have put into this! One question, after I do this exercise, should I practice singing actual songs? I’m worried that it might bring bad habits back when I sing the songs I want. Thanks!
Yes absolutely. The idea of the exercises is to develop muscle memory so that when you are singing songs your voice/mind/body works in the background so you can focus on the words and emotion (that’s the goal anyway).
This seems to strengthen my voice some, and I also think it helps me sing a few notes lower. I've started changing it to an SOVT excercise, humming all the exercises through a straw into about 6 inches of water, and when I do that the strengthening and deepening of my voice are more noticeable immediately. Is that likely to be a benign variation of this routine?

Your vocalizes are excellent and I use them often. The fast tempo in exercise 11 of this video, however, is just a little too fast.

@@aussievocalcoach you’re a lifesaver thank you so much!!
Hi Ian! On exercise 11 are we singing “Me” or “We” or something else? Love your videos, thanks for all your hard work?
Hi Paul. I sung ME on that exercise but it doesn’t matter too much what vowel or combination you sing as it’s more about agility for that exercise.
Merci🤩🤩
Alright!!!
Love the VHIIT!
Keep it coming
Vocal High Intensity Interval Training? 😁

Hi Lucas. I can’t see an issue with doing that. Let me know how you go with it over a longer period of time.
