    This is a solid amazing exercise routine, I've gone leaps and bounds just doing this daily. One thing to note, for those struggling with mixed voice; try singing it lightly; the harder you try to sing in mixed voice the harder time I think the cords have engaging in this region

      @89Mokas Singing is something so personal, everyone is different, so i would advise you to test it out, try this one and then sing to feel the difference, always aim for comfort and freedom and see what works best on you

    • @12aw23asd
      @12aw23asd 4 роки тому

      @89Mokas Don't worry about when, if you're really commited to singing time is not a concern, all you have to care about is how much and how EFFECTIVELY you practice, record yourself to track your progress, if you have a friend you trust use him to help you track your progress and never strain or hurt yourself because if you strain you can damage your voice permanently.

      Can a female be a tenor? I did the vocal range test which came out as a tenor, then tried these vocal exiercises for a tenor, which felt very natural to me, but my husband told me that females can't be tenors. He was in a choir as a child. I have never had any formal training in music, I just really enjoy singing. But now I am hoping to join choir for my health and wellbeing. I would like to be able to tell the director at which range I sit so that I can be slotted into the right place. Any advice? :)

    Thanks again for all the great exercises. I'm wondering if once I get competent at the exercises as they are can I start practicing them with different vowels. For example, exercise 7 uses the "Hay-O" sounds. Can I start alternating vowels; doing a run with "Hoo-E", then, "Hee-A", and so on, etc. Happy Holidays!

    • @aussievocalcoach

But just trying to think of a weekly plan.

    Okay so I have a genuine question… I’m a 17 years old boy and I turn 18 soon. My full out chest voice goes E3-Bb4. When I’m mixing I can go to D5. When heady mixing I can get to F#5 on a good day I get to G#5. My lowest note I am comfortably hitting is A2. I started off being more comfortable in my higher range and I still am. The highest note I can hit is A6. Would I be classified as a tenor?
