Title Fight forever. Massive respect to everyone here still listening to these classics!
The greatest to ever do it
Been listening to them for 10 years and never plan to stop.
Title Fight forever
Couldn't stop if I tried
Literally my favorite band of all time
That transition into shed had me on the floor
Oh lord it was amazing
me im not the only one
i think i come back at least once a month to listen to that transition
I just come here to listen to the transition to Shed whenever I’m feeling sad... I come here a lot
It’s godly
Same lost count of how many times i go back to this session
Same
Me too..
I’ve probably listened to this on a monthly basis,at least, since it came out
I'm not going to lie, I thought I was going to hear a Fugazi cover. I'm glad to say that I am now a fan of these guys.
Ned likes fugazi fun fact
Same
samee
whos watching in 2019 and misses this era :'(
Blink Same here my man
oh me too
If they ever come back let’s all go to a show lmao
Title fight is legit always
i miss TF as a whole ),:
Holy shit that scream from Ned at 5:26 is so powerful. Seriously a passionate vocalist
jamie rhoden too at 2:43
Jamie is an incredibly underrated guitar player. Can tell he listens to a lot of jawbreaker.
i can't get over how genius he is
Maybe I don't know a lot of songs on guitar, but the chords Jamie uses I've never used before.
I'm thinking of Safe in your Skin for the most part
@@Nativusdes the chord used in the beginning of safe in your skin is a g chord without fretting the b string. he uses open chords a lot with gives it this awesome sound
@@mxxicangirl its actually not. Its a G over a suspended C chord. Lpl
@@melbatoast1858g/cmaj7 i think
That guitar tone is out of this world.
Was going to say the same thing..its like a cross between stoner/doom metal and shoegaze and all in between..gnarly and dirty but yet distinguished and sharp as hell.
that transition between Coxton and Shed was clean af
Still listening in 21, and until I’m dead. Long live Title Fight 💕
I may get a TF tattoo someday
Bro, I’m 31 and still listening 🎧 🎶 🎸 😎
I miss them :(((
Title Fight Forever
If you were 21 3 years ago then you would be 24 right now! Good fucking lord how does it feel to have like ten years left you sack of shit?! I watched my grandfather fall down a flight of 17 stairs and did nothing about it. When I heard his cries for help I slowly let myself out through his back door and scaled 10 backyard fences to get to my uncles house and steal 2 beers. You ancient fuck.
This one of those bands got a place in everyone's heart
jamie's guitar tone is unbelievable
Anyone know exactly where he gets this sound? Is it mainly the fuzz factory? I'm looking to get similar tones.
Les Paul + JCM800 is a great start
@@GoblinoShorts yes but I find it really hard to get to his level of headroom to pair with that zvex fuzz factory as his JCM800 always seems to be fully cranked up. To make it even unreachable, his mid to hi-mid tone is extremely clear and has a penetrating and sustaining character. Honestly it doesn't seem like any typical boost/OD pedals would work like that while remaining a super natural driven sound playing all those chords.
@@NatenieI get kinda close with a cranked amp but using neck pickup and rolling off volume for safe in your skin. it’s gotta be the tube amp, they just breathe different
fightle tight
jonathan an American Tail: fightle tight goes west
whoever did the audio on this shit needs to start doing these sessions all the time bc its so much better than audiotree or anything else
TIGHTle fight
Juan Ramirez fucking fuck boy

Lol y’all got beef like that lol
THE TRANSITION FROM COXTON YARD TO SHED WAS PERFECT
I'm just glad that this sub genre music is still thriving.
broshaman This was over two years ago. But yes, it never stopped.. Just gotta know where to look.
+Kelby W. try listening to basement
Also try listening to tigers jaw and defeater
What would you call this, post punk?
@@EntryLevelLuxury post hardcore probably
They've had a big change in sounds over the course of their career. They started (literally) as 6th graders making punk music with terrible recordings. They've done hardcore, pop punk, emo, punk, everything. They're diverse. You just need to find the right songs.
You just labeled 4 iterations of the same genre lmfao
@wlndbeach hardly. Production value increased and then sound actually changed on hyperview. Lol
@wlndbeach their production absolutely changed and improved are you kidding me? Yes it was the same producer, clearly he got better as they did. The production from each album drastically improved and if you cant hear that pretending to be a music whizz probably isnt for you there buddy. Lol
people discussing 6th graders demos are funny.
they're great, that's it.
You good, Ghandi?
Title Fight?
Title Fight.
I find these guys much more musically and vocally interesting than their contemporaries. The subtle little time changes and transitions are the shit
Safe In Your Skin - 0:20
Coxton Yard - 2:30
Shed - 3:58
Shed your SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS(band packs up and leaves)KKIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNN!

this is by far the best sounding version of shed anywhere.
This performance aged so well
when your feelin safe in your skin maybe we'll meet again...
Crying
i got to see ned live the other night playing for glitterer here in houston and after all these years he still performs with the same raw emotion and energy
2021 man, and this is still one of the greatest performances I've seen on yt
100%
Amen. Always top of the list.
word
No cap brother, discovered these guys just a few weeks back. This is hands down one of the best performances I've seen
The transitions are really nice!
Please get Title Fight in for another session with stuff from Floral Green and Spring Songs! This would make me super happy.
reading this in 2020 is painful.
ST. 606 dude it hurts so bad.
Justin Milam 😓😓
:(
i know they're all doing their own shit and the band probably won't come back but man i wish that we lived in a utopian world where they could
they're unlike any other band
I love the different energy and vibe jamie and ned bring to the lyrics and each song. Perfect balance
The first band I've seen on the waiting room that doesn't play with a Telecaster
ok
ok
ok
ko
ok
the transitions from each song was fucking perfection.
can't stop watching this god damn video. i love you, title fight.
Damn Title fight in the waiting room, nice. one of my favorite bands, i want to see Basement or Neck Deep, in the waiting room. Let's fuckn do this!
i bought these dudes doughnuts in cola sc back in 09
...okay?
@@kingcobrajfsofficial hating ass lol
Best flex ever
taylorm - I genuinely detest “people” like you. Your type are the reason why people conform and everything is boring and ugly.
taylorm nigga had a jokes story, why you gotta fuck with his clout
Love showing friends who don’t know this band this session. Safe in your skin to give you some comfort then BOOM Coxton yard 🤘🏽🤘🏽
0 - 100 real quick
I always find myself re-liking this video to make sure it's at the top of my like list for easy access
These dudes are not a band... THEIR A MOVEMENT. Title Fight is amazing people!
Hoped this was a Fugazi cover. Oh well.
Daniel Allen Me too...
Daniel Allen That's why I looked at this video!
Daniel Allen That would have been AWESOME!
ditto
also why I opened the video lol
Anyone noticed that they've exploded on spotify in the last year?
They used to have around 300k, now its more than 650k listeners
And now almost 2 million lol
God I miss when I could see them play every other month I'll never stop appreciating what these guys from the state as me were able to make .thank you title fight.
I love how raw it sounds!
FIGHTLE TIGHT !
I just recently got into Title Fight and I was really curious as to why I enjoy their music so much given that I mainly listen to Jazz, Motown, Rap and Math Rock. However, I'm starting to realize now that Title Fight really brings me back to my childhood more than any other band. I grew up snowboarding and skateboarding listening to a lot of Mock Orange. These guys sound somewhat similar at least in their earlier stuff. Love this band. Hope they make another album that's true to them!
Nicholas Metaxas couldn’t have said it any better!
Only just gave early Mock Orange a listen right now and I completely get what you mean, unbelievable sound
Harley Ray yeah bro haha, they really began a lot of what led the way to this genre on the Emo side of things. Check out the songs "Poster Child," "In Even Time," and "She Runs The Ride" too. Absolute gem of a group just like this one
@@nicholasmetaxas7971 legend, thanks for the recs, I'll check those ones out now. I mainly spun the Nines & Sixes album today and thought it was amazing
Dude, Nine and Sixes is my favorite album of all time. A perfect album.
title fight is one of the best bands out there today, along with tiny moving parts (crazy talented dudes, put on an amazing live show) , free throw, modern baseball (my favorite band of ALL TIMMEEE), and so many more bands that need more recognition
So glad they played this set. Makes me feel happy to see my favorites played in order
This band

Shut the fuck up/
This band has been there for me in my life in so many ways. I want to see them so bad.
LMAO how did i never see that xD come tell me to shut up to my face daddy
Remember watching these guys at Warped Tour 2012 and crying. I love you guys
I'm from 2017 and this is still gold.
Still gold in 2020
Ben1967 yesssssssirrrrrrr
This is my favorite version of safe in your skin so I always listen to this and then I can never help but listen to the whole thing 💓
don't even remember commenting on this but I'm back and watching again
their music definitely has a unique feel
Best set yet!! :)
Ned's voice is just so complimenting to their style.
that snare sounds unreal
keep coming back to this video, never gets old
been listening to this shit for four years and it never gets old!!! love these guys!!!
this song gives me chills such a unique vibe!!! much love guys
But how about that snare sound???
Dude the mix on this is so clear great job guys
Favorite band, wanna hug each and everyone of them!
miss them so fucking much
Title fight forever❤
Why counter shows only my views?
One of the only comments that actually made me smile
Dope transition
In an alt universe if I'd discovered these guys when I was a teen they'd have been my favourite band, as a 30 year old they're still pretty fucking sweet
i love these dudes so much.
God damn. I love his vocals so muchhh
This is so great. They sound so fucking good live, it's incredible.
What a wonderful band ❤
they should do a new session in the waiting room, or just a new session in general, I would love to hear and see some songs from floral green and spring songs with this quality
Lefty, Numb But I Still Feel it and Blush would be sweeet
I agree 100%
I'm really hoping they go on Audiotree at some point. Nothing against The Waiting Room, just Audiotree sessions are usually twice as many songs and a bit of an interview in between.
I'd prefer a new session with 3 songs off "the last thing you forget"! ;D
or just songs where ned is actually singing into the mic
So much passion in their eyes man
omg this is what you call passion for the music
What an excellent performance. I wish they played Blush in this session.
same!
This was about 6 months before it was released.
xAWAMx
Yeah I realized that until wayyy after I wrote the comment haha
This is so fucking tight
+Patriots Fan damn, I'm near Atlanta I must have missed them! When were they here
Luke Wiese TIGHT'le Flight

This sounds incredible! What a performance
Huge sound! Such a vibe
Thanks to title fight still getting us thru the days, first time i heard title fight a local band threw a basement show and covered memorial field and here i am haha, cheers
this is gold
I wanna see them live. I am still hopeful they will come to my country.
Mad love to this band, their music, and their impact to my life for the past years since I've met them ❤❤❤❤
The way he sings safe in your skin in the waiting room sounds way better than the recorded studio version 🔥🔥🔥
That chunky rhythm guitar riff in the verse on Coxton Yard tho
I love how Ned and Jamie’s voices compliment each other holy shiiit! 🥵
I remember a while ago when they weren't big at all and just played in pennsylvania. They even played in my basement. Amazing to see how they have grown
WHY ARE THEY SO GOOD!
they never fail me....
Never feel bored listen to this master piece
Me encantan💖
Awesome set!
love title fight. seeing them at bled fest was great.
I get chills no matter how much I watch this. true passion.
