Clean your ears out 😆! Great tips, love seeing someone as talented as you chipped out a small piece of wood. Thank you for showing us fixing the problem just means a little more carving. Great video
Excellent video just like your other ones. These are very helpful. Very clear and easy to understand. Please keep them coming! I thank you for taking the time to make these.
Great teaching again. Good production with great camera angles. I'd love to see a vid of how to do hands and feet, always have a tough time with those.
Thank you Van. This was very helpful in understanding the carving of an ear. I have been carving about 2 years & have really tried to carve the ear. Your video gives me the inspiration to start and practice carving the ear. I look forward to your video on have to carve an when the face is carved on the flat side of the wood and how the ear would be formed. Thanks again. Great video.
That was excellent Van and yes, I am one of those who don't do the hands or ears because I am just not very good at it. By the way, that proportional picture that you had on the table, where did you get that, that could be very helpful. Can you buy that somewhere? Thank you again Van for the ear tutorial. Excellent video.
Oh, sorry you feel that way... from the comments everyone really seemed to enjoy it! I am alway improving to get better, and don't always hit the nail on its head the first time when doing these videos. I look forward to seeing your video on carving a ear if you make one!
If you would like the diagram shows in the video this is a really similar one: pin.it/6Y46Faq

happy that all of this is out here for free, learning has never been so easy. Thank you!
You are the Bob Ross of carving.
Really enjoyed the sequence of cuts for a face. I'm relatively new to carving, so very informative and easy to follow. Graeme June 4.
