Here it is again, this time, it moves! David was the brave one to sit in the car, because god knows I didn't want to. But yea, it runs, it drives, and most importantly, it slides!
Create a player Yea Chris fix would be the man to get the job done all it needs is a full interior restoration and New Full outside Bodykit new tires and brakes and brake pads.
1st. of all.. I don't hate Mustangs... My favorite would be a Grabber Blue '70 302cid 4bbl. C6 Boss, a white '71 or '72 Mustang Mach1, Sportsroof with a 351Cleveland and C6. I also like the 77-79 Thunderbirds with separate chairs and floorshifter.. but I don't like Ford or Dodge in general. (Don't quote me on this but I do have a soft spot for the '68 and '69 Dodge Dart) :) I did own two great Chevy's.. a '79 Malibu Classic wgn. (hugger orange) we did an engine swap from standard 305 w/Rochester to 350 with a Holley650 and 300hp cam.. and a '79 Caprice Landau Coupe. 2nd. As DrFruikenstein and knighthawk86855 picked up on here, I was referring to the compilation of videos showing Mustangs crashing or ramming into crowds while doing burnouts or donuts. 3rd. This car was awesome once.. now its a mess.. I've owned enough cars to say that this Mustang as is, is very far from awesome, and in dying need of a restoration, or just dying.. (there comes a time in the life of every car, were you have to decide restoring it or scrap it) I watched this video because I enjoy most car related stuff on the net, Jay's videos on the other hand, are awesome..I'm not looking for specified brands. I owned a '76 Saab, '78 Toyota Carina and a '90 Carina II and a '04 Mazda 6.. My advice to you is: have an open mind and don't assume so much :) Cruise easy and remember: "They think 6 kicks, but V8 thunder rules...no 4 cylinder blues" :)
Alex Hickey Definitely sounds amazing... I think that interior is so bad, though, that it’d cost more to save it than it’s worth. Someone really destroyed that interior, and the convertible top.
As disgusting as it is, I’m quite sure there are many people out there who would buy it for more than what it’s worth in scrap. I’d hate to see it get crushed
Jay 30 years from now looking back at this video........"Dang! Can't believe we actually got in a Mustang GT convertible that ran back then. And we junked it! That thing would be worth $70 grand today restored! We were so stupid back then!" LOL
In Brazil a Mustang like this worth today something like 20k to 40k dollars. A car like this one gets something like 10-15k. If they keep this for few more years, probably it could have a value of 40k in Brazil.
Guys, this mustang is getting a lot of love in the comments, tell the fine people watching this show how much it would take for them to take this pony off your hands. I understand you crush hundreds of cars a week. But not every one of them actually drives. Give the car a second chance on life. I bet if you tested all the cars you had here and found ones that werent half bad, and ran fine, set them aside and you could sell those to people and crush the ones that are truly junk, turds that dont run, seized engines, no engine, rusted to hell, this thing is in decent shape, needs a new interior and a good clean and fresh paint, thats IT. Dont kill it....
I have a ‘94 convertible I bought in ‘03 and it’s still an awesome car! Just put headers on it and it sounds great. I’ve been easy on it and I’ve been hard on it and it keeps getting up! Mine has the original 5.0 in it.
Dam that thing runs and sounds decent. Crazy how your subscriber count goes up by about a thousand a day now dude keep it up the great vids. Any chance you can do a video on the Caprice and Roadmaster in the back of the lot?
I always loved these SN95s. I got two of them as a matter of fact both of them GTs There dirt cheap these days and cheap fun...although not fast by today's standards there still fun to drive and make a nice noise!
The 4.6 is a good motor Ford actually made a decent replacement for the Windsor 302 but i still will keep mine,my granny marquis has the 4.6 and still runs like new!
Thank you for driving the nasty mustang. Love that rumble of that V8 and them donuts. Technically that's what you're supposed to do with a older muscle car. These new new ones, that cost more than $50,000, those cars can't take that kind of abuse anymore without a trip to the mechanic or your scrap yard. Lol
show us old school buses .. trucks etc .. i mean literally everthing over thr.. im from the othr part of the world wer ill nvr evr ll get to c old american cars u made it happen thanks.. keep up the gud wrk..
I wonder if anyone saying to save it was paying attention when he said the oil light was on? It was mentioned in the first vid that the oil pump was thought to be bad. It's a shame, but this car is trashed. Better to let it die in dignity through salvage parts to fix those in better condition.
Hey Jay I don't know where y'all are located but I am really in need looking for a Ford f100 rear bumper and seen a couple in sitting back there was woundering how much y'all charge for a bumper I really need one
That Mustang just needs some paint and a little TLC and some money thrown at it. I like it, all Mustangs will one day be collectible, especially the pushrod engines.
It runs too good to crush. It wants a second chance!
$28000 worth of Mustang back in the day.Shame it got treated the way it did during the years.Rare interior
White interior means white rag top! That would be a great resto project.
It's all there.A little lovin' and she would live again.
E Meyer this mustang did not cost 28000 dollars back in the day they selling for 15000 dollars. In 2018 are selling for 28500 today
@Sam Jones depends on the dealer honest
Give it to Chris fix
Diamond Playz I hope Jay sees my comment ikr
Create A Player Chris would really love this as a project! lets hope he sees this comment👌🏼
Create A Player that is what I was about to say
Create A Player lol
Create a player Yea Chris fix would be the man to get the job done all it needs is a full interior restoration and New Full outside Bodykit new tires and brakes and brake pads.
Don't destroy it fix it and keep it.
Billy's Cool spot I'm pretty sure they crushed it cause he said bye mustang it's been fun
Mary Robertson why would they fix it up in the first place
Runs better than I thought.

That engine sounds great. Those 4.6 engines are tough as balls.
Keep it keep it keep it! Dont crush this legend! 😍
You know, it actually is in saveable condition and it sounds fuckin awesome
Alex Hickey Definitely sounds amazing... I think that interior is so bad, though, that it’d cost more to save it than it’s worth. Someone really destroyed that interior, and the convertible top.
Oil pressure issues, unless the sending unit is flaky.
just part it out and drop the engine in cleaner body
strip the inside and turn it into a drift car. or a drag strip car. take the carpet and all out and replace the seats.
James most of the time it's the oil pressure sensor or it would be Knocking.
I lowkey wanna buy this thing
Same
Jay Carden high key
Mustang gang 5.0 Same
mazda9624 it’s a good project car to me. New paint, interior, and coyote swap. Boom
PLEASE don't crush it. Not worth being a soda can in its next life
Josh Opray hi josh. This is one of my favourite small youtubers. You might see me commenting around here.
what are you waiting for? join and help me reach more members!
Don't crush that Mustang 😱😭
The exhaust sounds amazing!!
As disgusting as it is, I’m quite sure there are many people out there who would buy it for more than what it’s worth in scrap. I’d hate to see it get crushed
There's no way you guys can crush this poor girl, she's got too much to give haha. Sentimental value man!!
Looks like yall have a lot of fun at work too. I love it brother, thanks for the videos
sell it, do not crush it....
Yeah please dont crush it
Buy it then if you're so worried about it..
Yeah it's a GT so it's worth saving. if it was a stock v6 then it wouldn't be.
Someone can still have some fun abusing it.
But if you restore it will be more fun
I love all your videos keep them coming and make them longer.
Keep this car. Just dont make it crushed. It has potential
Jay 30 years from now looking back at this video........"Dang! Can't believe we actually got in a Mustang GT convertible that ran back then. And we junked it! That thing would be worth $70 grand today restored! We were so stupid back then!" LOL

Plz restore it, make videos about restoring it! #projectGT
Part 1: project GT. Abandoned mustang gt will it crush?
Spoiler it does crush very well
restore it then crush it
now everyone would be happy
No keep the car everybody loves it
I'd restore it
better renew it

5dmc1 amen 🙏🏽
I agree 5dmc1 your the man
1996 was the year I graduated from high school. I remember that I had posters and Ford advertised the Mustang "it is what it was and more"
Davin Peterson
...I'm breaking my head on what they mean by that slogan..
When the was Mustang was redesigned for 1994, it had a design similar to the original 1967 design and had more new features the old one didn't have.
I have a ‘94 convertible I bought in ‘03 and it’s still an awesome car! Just put headers on it and it sounds great. I’ve been easy on it and I’ve been hard on it and it keeps getting up! Mine has the original 5.0 in it.
This was an awesome video. I really do hope someone SAVES this car.
Man you should really sell that stang I'm sure someone will save it
Send links to *tko resto*He specializes in SN95s and restoring them. I'm sure they'll take it. Hopefully.
I could fix that under two years in my garage. I finished a 1977 Monte Carlo, my pride and joy.
Wow what a beautiful ride! It's even got the rare white interior. I really hope this one ends up back on the streets
Ok.. Now i wanna see some love to the old mustang! It runs better than some ive seen
2 thumbs up. As long as the boss allows, keep making great videos. Thanks yall for them and tell bossman thanks too.
That Stang's got a lot of life left in it! If you have the title to it, then someone will surely snatch that up and restore it to its former glory.
Love your vids! Can you upload a video you smash some cars?
Dam that thing runs and sounds decent. Crazy how your subscriber count goes up by about a thousand a day now dude keep it up the great vids. Any chance you can do a video on the Caprice and Roadmaster in the back of the lot?
Good job love it!!
I always loved these SN95s. I got two of them as a matter of fact both of them GTs There dirt cheap these days and cheap fun...although not fast by today's standards there still fun to drive and make a nice noise!
Some cool vehicles over there man! If only you could send a few to nz 😂
That deep growling engine says "Don't crush me, I still work."
Keep it, sell it, but don't crush it.
That;s freaking awesome to see that thing moving again. I would defiantly save the drive train out of it for sure.
I'm really surprised doesn't even look like the Mustang is burning oil or smoking at all. could be a good project car for a drag racing car
they did say they will be saving the engine in the last vid at least
that thing sounds really good actually. to bad it was left to rot. thanks for the doughnuts that was sweet. :)
Good video jay. Does the boss ever hang around that place. Seems you guys are always having fun.
Don't crush it Jay! How much y'all want it?
Beautiful Car !
I'd love to buy that stang
This car has a lot of character in my opinion... I'm diggin that hood
Man can't believe he actually sat in that thing. I love mustangs, but not even I would sit In this one.
This would be a lovely project
that guy does not realize how deep that peddle goes
Excellent project car I’d give you 500 nicks for it.
The 4.6 is a good motor Ford actually made a decent replacement for the Windsor 302 but i still will keep mine,my granny marquis has the 4.6 and still runs like new!

Nice convertible. The fox bodies are going up in value.
That sounds really good.
So many good parts on that car.
Did you end up replacing the mass air flow sensor?? Sounds pretty good. Needs the shocks. Lol
Probably my favorite jaysmart video
Besides the squeeking it's sounds fuckin awesome and probably the best one I've heard
I'm a Chevy guy, but damn. That Mustang has potential
That would be a good parts car, drivetrain donor, track car, or drift missile...
Here we have a wild mustang playin in the dirt.
now I am crying what a beautiful car with a little love she could be a nice car again
I'd clean that up and keep it, it looks like it can be saved😱
Looks like a pile but sounds wonderful got to love Flowmasters on a 4.6
Now this is what I like to see!
show us old school buses .. trucks etc .. i mean literally everthing over thr.. im from the othr part of the world wer ill nvr evr ll get to c old american cars u made it happen thanks.. keep up the gud wrk..
I'm starting to feel bad for it; and I don't even like Mustangs.
RIGHT lol
The first sports car I ever toke a ride in was a mustang and I was 5 I was so happy and bought 5 poster of mustangs and hanged them in my room 😆
Corbin Greiner At least it isn't a 1965-1970 Mustang. Everyone loves those cars whether they admit it or not.
Damn that shit sound good as hell
I knew they werent foolish. Some drive way mechanics and it's ready to go!!
Very awesome
I Can't wait for the S10 project.
Could be a beast with some love.. Little clean up maybe new tires and stuff
I wonder if anyone saying to save it was paying attention when he said the oil light was on? It was mentioned in the first vid that the oil pump was thought to be bad. It's a shame, but this car is trashed. Better to let it die in dignity through salvage parts to fix those in better condition.
I bet someone would be glad to take that off your hands and restore it.
Can you please review the Pontiac Vue! I wanted this so bad!
hey, was that a green 1970 Ford 4 door Torino sedan parked while the Mustang passed by at 2:15?
After saving the car from an inevitable death, they award it with its bad reputation 😂😂
I wish I would’ve seen this video earlier...I would’ve personally drove there and snagged it from you guys. No way I would’ve crushed that
Hey that stang sounds awesome. Do you guys know what exhaust is on the car?
Not a clue man. But it did sound good
The sweet sound that engine makes demands it wants to go back on the road again! Pls restore it and unleash all those horses under the hood!
Hey Jay I don't know where y'all are located but I am really in need looking for a Ford f100 rear bumper and seen a couple in sitting back there was woundering how much y'all charge for a bumper I really need one
My dad had a chevy chevette that didn't need a key in it to turn it. he never did fix it. still used the key out of habit.
Nice. You gonna keep it?
The engine sounds good. I would do a compression test on the engine. If it has good compression and good oil pressure you can at least sell the motor.
Restore this! Don't let this gem get crushed... I would would love to see it work... Hell, if you don't want it I do!
They must took the shocks off
Please keep it and restore it. Everyone here is basically interested in seeing it improve.
While they might be, it still not going to happen
You should put that 4.6 in that as 10 you're driving and the 8.8 in the back with disc brakes make that S10 a lot funner to drive
That Mustang just needs some paint and a little TLC and some money thrown at it. I like it, all Mustangs will one day be collectible, especially the pushrod engines.
I can't believe he's sitting in that thing, damn
Hell yea man she may be a 96 but she still has some heart
I found the same type of mustang at an abandoned junkyard today
Kind of sad to see one in this condition, I remember when they were wrapper-new!
We're is this yard located
I like your videos
Thank you!
when someone asks what the perks of your job are
This one would be one of those it has to come home with me sorta thing jay lol
Good video jay. Fix it up a little bit clean it up sell it don't crush it. Sounds to Fucking good to crush it.
is one you guys going to buy it and restore it kind of
Save it. Would make a great project.
It sounds good too
