Okay... I imagine this is utterly impossible, but someone help me out here.... forgive me. But I seem to remember someone bringing this up sometime 2000-2004? In particular the term Optical Cellophane. I remember that it was an online teenage couple, they told me they were from Gensoyko, I think they invited me at one point (I dont recall my reply, wish I said yes now)... so at he time (and now) very confident they were just roleplaying and using their imaginations... but I really do seem to recall them bringing this song up. Is this at all possible?

Took me long enough to find this out, but "Optical Cellophane" isn't the song name (I'd argue it's the clip name). Could have found it way earlier if I paid a little more attention...
It's on 0:06, "Heisei Kappa Taikei", between 「」like any music on opening/ending videos.
And I don't ask to change the video title, I wouldn't have found it otherwise after all.
