animation practice (and some tips)

this might be a WIP for the meme
i want to be brummagem and flash my animation skills (which aren't that spectacular yet, which is why i said brummagem) if i do happen to make the meme
it's impossible for me to use "tweening" so
i won't end up accidentally making my animation a CutNPaste Copy, so that's good

If you slow it down it's easier to pick up why the tear falling animation looks good, it's pretty cool and really useful to make things look smooth (you keep dividing the line in half so it starts slow and goes _NY00M..._ 0r, you know, the other way around... it's pretty fun to play around with) There's a technique in there that I'm missing that I could use, but that particular animation is already finished and i'm not likely to touch it all that much when I finish an animation like this
