Today Krejcikova did to Swiatek exactly the same which Rybakina did in Australian Open! She played in fearless, strong and beautiful way. This is how the WTA players should play against Iga to put her under pressure and we, the fans to get excited! Sad for Iga, but big congrats to the champion Barbora Krejcikova! Barbara has some of the smoothest strokes on the wta. It doesn’t look like she’s hitting the ball that hard but her shots punch through the court with great speed. Very natural talent. Jana Novotna taught her well :)
Я помню ее прекрасную речь после взятия шлема, где она очень трепетно со слезами вспоминала Яну. После этого я ее полюбила и почувствовала , какой она умный и хороший человек. Беларусь. Минск.
The way she plays her strokes like uneffortlessly makes her performance that difficult to play against. There are many players who work their strokes, but Barbora plays them... and that is the difference.
Babora beat the world number 1, 2 and 3 back to back. Wow. Also whoever beats Sabalenka in the tournament ends up winning 4/6 this has happened. Lovely handshake from Iga at the net

Impressive week and win for Krejcikova! Swiatek Pegula Sabalenka Kvitova Kasatkina (although she’s the weekest of the group lol) Strong performance for Barbora!
Maybe Kasatkina is the weakest in the group, but the winner of this tournament barely took her legs off her. Kreychikova had to save four match points. The rest she passed more convincingly. Remember the course of events. Second round.

Barbora is the nemesis of Iga. She can handle the pace of the game of Iga whom others can't. Barbora is totally in the nerves of Iga as she knows this girl is something she can't manipulate in terms of game and tactics where in reality she was always maneuvered by the Czech.
Perhaps, but given krajecova’s inconsistent results, rivalry will be very limited . As an example from another sport: Ken Norton’s claim to fame was making Ali look bad and average.
@@jimsmailorg she was inconsistent last year due to the injury but since she is fit and relentless now beating the top 3 in the world is no fluke at all even Swiatek has never done that before. Even in the moment Swiatek beaten her 2 years ago the Czech gave her a total pain in the ass as the latter had a match point. Her game is indeed can neutralize the spin and pace of Swiatek's type of play.
Krejcikova was the nightmare for Iga today, way more than Rybakina in AO but following the same path she did everything that puts Iga in problems 1) good 1st service 2) shortened points (service-return winner 2 or 3 shots) consequently 3) few rallies (where Iga is more comfortable and the best player in the world).
Barbora Krejcikova is the 5th female player to win numbers 1, 2 and 3 ranking WTA in a tournament in the last 40 years after Aryna Sabalenka at the WTA Finals 2022, Venus Williams at the WTA Finals 2008, Serena Williams in Miami 2002 and Steffi Graf at the Roland Garros 1999. Hopefully krejcikova hits top 5 again, she should hit top 10 with performances like this, especially because she doesn’t have too many points to defend, other than those 2 500’s at the end of the year

A repeat of Ostrava but with 1 set less. Solid shots. Beautiful hair color. Light colored eyes. Unpretentious demeanor. Beautiful face. Lean physique (think ostapen). Specially designed attire that brings out her beautiful complexion. I saw her french open final 2021. Wonder where she disappeared to after that. It would be good to have someone this good for Iga. Hats off to Krejcikova. She was the better player against Iga once again. She beat the #1, #2 and #3 players in this event - just an amazing performance. She seems to be back to her 2021 singles form. For Iga, it's unfortunate that she was sick, but it's back to the drawing board. I don’t think she is to be admired. Swiatek is a brat on court. Delays between points, was even warned today. Tried to cheat many times by doing a star jump in front of opponents at the net. She has low tennis IQ. If she isn’t ahead, she won’t win.

@Greg Lohr It wasn't my intention to suggest that H S was saying that either. I'll admit I have my biases based on some players non-tennis aspects as well. I don't think we see anything different in Iga's behaviour from when she won her 1st major, to being at the top of the game now. The focus of the lens.....now that has changed.
What a tremendous display of intelligent tennis from Krejcikova! She treated those serves like it was 2019. This may be the messages sent to the other players to step up their one dimensional games and play more fearless tennis against the top player. Barboras mental strength and calmnes is what helpes her win the matches. No racket smashing or visible frustrations, just pure focus on the game wheather she is set up or set down. Well deserved win of this tournament.
Don't forget her backhand. It's wicked too. Her setup and windup is a la Wawrinka. Impeccable footwork and so much power, just like Stan's but 2 handed. It's a thing of beauty

Barbora is the nemesis of Iga. She can handle the pace of the game of Iga whom others can't. Barbora is totally in the nerves of Iga as she knows this girl is something she can't manipulate in terms of game and tactics where in reality she was always maneuvered by the Czech.
"KRYPTONITE!"
Like Batmans and Jokers!
the curse of Krajickova. Amazing chess master on the court.
Congrats! No screaming just classic! 🎉🎉🎉
Barbora Krejcikova is AWESOME!!! 😱🤗❤️
Awesome 👌 👏
And someone has to bring the williams brothers into this
@@bigjohn2810 What a totally stupid comment. And I am not even a Serena fan. She is just listing people who have beaten #1, #2, and #3 in one tournament. Duh.
Two wonderful players, very happy for Barbora. And Iga showing again that she is not just a great tennis player, but also a great person.
Wow. Great performance by Barbora! So happy for her.
Zawsze wygrać nie musi.
I tak jest mistrzynią nr1
Gratulacje dla zwyciężczyni.
Nikt zawsze nie wygrywa.
Tylko Nadal we French Open i Djokovic w Australian open 😘🥳😂😂😂
Me alegra mucho como Barbora ha jugado este torneo y tenga confianza de seguir escalando posiciones. Una gran chica su forma de ser y personalidad
Thank you Barbora! The WTA needed this.
the wta and many non Iga fans!!!
@@RobertoJ3rd I don't think it has to do with not being an Iga fan. It's boring seeing the same person win.
Yes, we love to watch excellent games 🤣
@@roter13 exactly boring, especially the bagels
@@KanatLS her game isn’t even that good. It is embarrassing for such a level to be the peak. I grew up with Serena and co so might be spoilt lol
Now this is a rivalry I’m starting to like
Krejcikova una jugadora muy versatil como pocas se ven en WTA da gusto verla jugar cuando esta en su mejor momento.
Krejcikova's deceptive play is absolutely stunning.
Krejcikova’s backhand is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Her technique is absolutely beautiful to watch.
Talk about level of difficulty in terms of matchups for Krejcikova in this tourney. Well done from her and her team 👏👏👏. And another great result from Iga.
She is the most intelligent, elegant player out there. Hope she gets a slam or two this year!
Congratulations Krejcikova. What a player she is. Such extraordinary achievement for her this is. Not only she defeated the world #1, #2 and #3 in a row but also defeated Iga Swiatek in the final for the second time in a row. Barbora Krejcikova is the beast. She is unstoppable when she is on. Well done to Iga Swiatek too for reaching Final of this tournament. They both were amazing throughout this tournament. Krejcikova simply was the better one in the end. I loved how they hugged one another post match. They truly respect one another. Congratulations Krejcikova on winning this tournament. 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎾🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🇨🇿🇨🇿🇨🇿🇨🇿🇨🇿🇨🇿
Congrats Krejcikova❤❤❤
You realize they are top contributors to the global fund we all pay in to ensuring that Jelena is robbed of her rightful place? It costs a lot to get umpires to call her long shots out and to award the point to her opponent when she dumps balls in the net.
Love Krejcikova’s calm demeanor and aggressive game style as opposed to Iga’s aggressive attitude and game style. Great game plan and superb execution to tame Iga’s run!
Those powerful(charged) backhand from Krejcikova, like watching a real Virtua Tennis Game!! 🤩🤩
Both players hit the ball so clean is incredible. Barbora I love for her demeanor and skills obviously. Competition is good for tennis.
WOW! Barbora is on fire!! Sabalenka, Pegula and Swiatek fell to Barbora´s power. Congrats!
Thanks for stepping up and doing the things that could be done with confidence! Awesome!
Barbora💙 is back on the SINGLES winning path!🥳 Soooo happy for her.🏆👑 Congrats and may you win more and more and even more! 🙏
Hopefully krejcikova hits top 5 again, she should hit top 10 with performances like this, especially because she doesn’t have too many points to defend, other than those 2 500’s at the end of the year
I've been loving watching Barbora for years now. You can see the doubles matches are paying off. Go ahead, Barbora!!!
Absolutely impressed by Barbora’s achievement here, beating a good number of top players to win the trophy. She finished up strongly over the number one player who was having a stunning run herself. Two very talented and very nice players to watch! Looking forward to see the full match published 🤗
Let us take a moment to appreciate the hug at the end of the match. That's how true champions behave. Love them both.
A strong opponent squeezes the best out of you.
I love iga's shots but it's a pleasure to watch BK against IS. No one else is near Iga at the moment. Well fought, Barbora! 👏🥳
when I feel stressed at work I watch this again and it inspires me to work harder
The timing of her shots is U.N.B.E.L.I.E.V.A.B.L.E
Masterclass, they both play so great tennis, huge congratulations to Barbora!💕
So happy for Barbora! She had a tough year so this was such a great win!
Krejcikova's backhand on fire. She showed flair and composure in a comfortable victory. It won't be long before she's back in the top 10 on this week's performance! 👋✌💪😊
This tournament was so exciting from the start and we saw so many good games , keep going and keep shining 💐🎁🥰 tennis 🎾 you beauty .🎁🎁💐💐❤️
Congratulations Babora absolutely you deserve it... IGA reaction is too little too late.she must be well prepared for such a situations.
Krejcikova and another Czech player, Noskova, will be the new threat in WTA. Krejcikova's groundstroke is so solid.
Who noskova, lol
@@azeezat8774 Stupid fellow.
Gratulacje dla Barbory! Kibicowałem Idze ale cieszę się z 2 miejsca ❤
Pewnie , ze tak , wiekszosc tenisistek w pierwszej setce moze tylko pomarzyc o finale Mastersa. Trudno, zeby wygrywala kazdy turniej i mecz. Nie ma takich zawodniczek. Tylko Nadal zawsze wygrywa we French Open i Djokovic w Australian open 🥳😘
Hats off to Krejcikova. She was the better player against Iga once again. She beat the #1, #2 and #3 players in this event - just an amazing performance. She seems to be back to her 2021 singles form. For Iga, it's unfortunate that she was sick, but it's back to the drawing board. She seemed to have done a mental/physical reset after AO, but she's clearly still got work to do to return to her 2022 form against the strongest players.
Why the need to mention Iga was sick, when in reality, she was sick of all the craftiness and clever play from Barbora, first and foremost?
@@stefanmoravcik598 Because she was sick.
Velká gratulace, Báro, jsi velká bojovnice
Really admire Iga's tennis and her attitude, but this makes me really excited for the rest of the year. Barbora really has thrown something different into the competitive circle. Wishing them all good health!
I don’t think she is to be admired. Swiatek is a brat on court. Delays between points, was even warned today. Tried to cheat many times by doing a star jump in front of opponents at the net. She has low tennis IQ. If she isn’t ahead, she won’t win.
@@HS-ie8tj no. 1 in the world for 47 weeks, with 3 GS titles and 5 Masters titles has low tennis IQ. I never read a comment from such a big hater. And that's the most idiotic comment too.
@H S I guess they aren't qualities that will endear her to everyone. What can I say? Competing isn't always going to bring out the best traits in everyone. She's still a seriously good player though.
@@laedwards49 I don't think H S was saying Iga is a bad player. Obviously she's not. But she has shown through her behavior that she's a bad sport. It's not opinion. And you're right, behaving badly on court is not endearing to everyone. But she is still good at hitting the ball.
To byl zase mazec!! Podívaná jedna báseň,takže gratulujuuuuu!!! 😀😀😀
What a tremendous display of intelligent tennis from Krejcikova! She treated those serves like it was 2019. This may be the messages sent to the other players to step up their one dimensional games and play more fearless tennis against the top player. I’m sure Iga will regroup and work on her serve, but clearly, someone reminded her tonight to step up her level again. I can only see Iga being waken up even more after this match and be even more focused. She’s only going to get better against her competitors.
I love Bara, how she control the game, hope more match between them, and more winning to Bara
Barboras mental strength and calmnes is what helpes her win the matches. No racket smashing or visible frustrations, just pure focus on the game wheather she is set up or set down.
Well deserved win of this tournament.
Barbora is DA BOMB! That windup forehand is unreal. You cannot play better tennis than that. Great match.
Don't forget her backhand. It's wicked too. Her setup and windup is a la Wawrinka. Impeccable footwork and so much power, just like Stan's but 2 handed. It's a thing of beauty
Wow!! What a match. Congratulations to Krejcikova!!
With huge respect for Iga when hugged tightly Barbora and congratulated her ❤
Iga showed class !
Well done girls
Barbora so calm, wow ❤️❤️
Might be the start of a great rivalry. Handshake at the net was 100% classy respect from both players; a joy to see! ❤
Gratuluję Barbarze. Kocham Igę.
WTA Tour - Best Underated Player..
In Swahili..

( Fantastic )..
I am glad for Barbora. She is better in this time. Good serve, backhand, footwork and luck little bit. Congratulations.
Gatulace z Ivančic, 😎👍 drželi jsme pěsti, jak jsme slíbili.
Gives me goosebumps when i see the end.
With this match, Krejcikova confirmed that she was the absolute best in this tournament. The match against Świątek was one of the easier ones in this tournament
Jeez!! What a performance and a great win against Iga.
Bravo krejcikova .... Brave heart u r ....
Congrats Barbora, such a great game of you being a very cool and calm in hitting the ball that makes me liking you. But i also love Iga. God bless you all🎾💖🙏
No Majors winner in women's tennis history has ever had a more difficult journey to the Championship than what Krejcikova had just accomplished.
She had to beat the #2, #3 and the #1 ranked player in the world, in order to win this title.
Even though it's only a 1000 tournament, this Title for Krejcikova is more impressive than any Majors Championship in women's tennis, since they're all best 2 of 3 sets.
If you saw the Ostrava final, you knew this was a possibility. Good for the game, the tour, and stops people hailing Swiatek as the 2nd coming.
I read at least 100 hater comments, that Barbora won Ostrava only, because IGA was ill 😁
Hope pegula and Gauff take some notes from this match. Fantastic match from Barbora❤️
It’s about the skill. Just seeing Federer or Nadal play can’t make us one of them. It’s a good challenge for Iga too to handle Krejcikova in future.
Incredible Game. CZECH ..BRILLIANT. wrong footing Pole....been excellent tournament....Congratulations. ....
Wow what a performance by the Czech player iga looks unstoppable and then to come and beat iga in two straight sets was really amazing must be the performance of the year
This is surgical tennis performed by Krejicova ..She has a substancial amount of tactical and strategic manuvering against a fascinating power player like Iga .It was a high quality match that will be remembered for a while..Entertaining!!.Congratulation to both players..
Krejcikova will be world number one soon, and deserving of it. Wow!
Barbora returned very well today. She stepped inside the baseline Everytime she got the opportunity at a second serve. She took the ball early and she neutralised most of Swiatek’s Shots. Well played !
