For me, 2023 was a challenging year with many changes. But it was also a year where I could feel significant personal growth, so I bid it farewell without regrets!
However, I sometimes find myself wondering if the path I'm currently on is the right one. But I've learned that focusing on my present self,
even if progress is slow, allows me to move forward gradually.
What's your goal for the new year?
In 2024, my goal is to become my own ally more than anyone else. I want to give myself self-praise, love, and more
You've all done your best throughout the past year! I hope you all achieve your goals for the upcoming year, and let's strive for more happiness together!

I hope you get well soon. Please rest as long as needed to give your body the time to heal. I was sick for almost 5 weeks in a row cause I kept on taking these kinds of cold medicine, and it just lightly fought of the symptoms instead of actually healing the root of the sickness. Sometimes, the body needs time to recover instead of medicine on top of medicine.. I wish you well! ♡

Hope you're feeling better! Do you guys have Afrin or Advil cold and sinus or something similar in Korea? That's what I usually use when I get sick.
We do have Advil! Many people use that when they sick, I should give it a try next time 🤔 ty💖
