I like that wheelchair users have to face forward on this bus because I’m a wheelchair user and I’m also autistic so it’s really hard for me to read the bus drivers face and sometimes they don’t say hi or respond back to me when I tell them things that are essential so them having to come out of their seat to help me restrain the chair is Definitely more time-consuming in the short run but time saving in the long run because even bus drivers who don’t look look like they’re very very friendly you can go with them if you need to
