any intelligent person is ashamed, but even worse - we're terrified. I wish non-Americans would have a little more sympathy for the tens (maybe hundreds) of millions of Americans who don't want this, but don't have a choice when a few states are what decides our elections.

Whereas the Michael Cohen that did trump's dirty work was terrible, he paid the price with jailtime and has admitted his failings openly and under oath. For that I have respect for him. We make mistakes in life, but deserve to be forgiven if we redeem ourselves.

Best Biden election interference coverage! I just tuned into this 1 msnbc video to see how the TDS patients are doing. I really don't want to be mean or anything. She has had a great career and really knows her stuff when it comes to Middle East affairs, among other things. It's just a bit frustrating waiting for her to spit out her questions.
If donnie doesn't testify in his own behalf, then he is admitting he's guilty, and should give the jury an open and shut case against him to find him guilty, period.
That may be an inference that could be drawn, but it's not the way criminal law works! The prosecution has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the defendent is guilty; it's not up to the defence to prove innocence...reasonable doubt will suffice! Mind you, I think Trump is guilty as sin, but I'd 'fail' every jury selection question for this case!

No, traditional English law and the constitution included a right to silence, no inference on guilt may be drawn in criminal law by not testifying, in civil cases Trump pleading the 5th was a sign of guilt where the burden of proof is also just a balance of probabilities.

And let's not forget they also stripped away and gutted buyers' protection agency. This means that when big corporations break ethical and moral laws. The amount that can be recouped is less and much harder to get. So, in short, voting for that grifter. You'd better be young and stay young. Rich and stay young. And rich and stay very rich.

He appointed judges who are and have taken workers' rights away. By expanding "the right to work state." Taking away legal options for workers who have been either hurt or injured or terminated. He appointed judges who gutted the EPA and the FDA. And yes, he did appoint judges who are all for 6,7, and the day work weeks. As well as making it one step closer to destroying the entire social security program. These aren't talking points. These are facts.

After I started listening to Michael Cohens podcast, where he laid things out, I became such a fan. What he went through & is STILL GOING THROUGH is horrible. These are things that would push many people over the edge so to speak, but he is steadfast & I am so proud of he & his family. He is truly a family based human & and honorable citizen of the 🇺🇸 , loves his wife so much & like me, probably curses the most of all his siblings and for good reason (he has actually admitted this on MeidasTouch) 😂. He has become such a good human. He brings truth to the truth in benefit to all of us and we should all salute such a person.
