I took a trip to Jeonju, South Korea. Jeonju is known for having a hanok village and amazing Korean Food. Some tourists travel there just for bibimbap. My new friend Austin wanted to show me around Jeonju and show me what most tourists don't see. He wanted to show me his favorite Korean matjib. Yetchon Makgeolli is run by an amazing women that leads a team to brings korean food to another level. This restaurant provides set menus with many dishes and unlimited makgeolli. We ordered the set with 16 dishes that feeds 4-5 people.
In this video I'll show you most of the dishes provided in the largest set at Yetchon Makgeolli. All of the dishes were amazing and complimented makgeolli wonderfully. Also at the end of the video I'll show you the reaction of trying hongoe from my Austin (a hongoe lover), my friend Tim and I (hongoe newbs).

처음 먹을때 호기심으로 먹어볼까 이딴걸 ㅇ왜먹지 두번다시못먹겠다 두번째는 아까우니깐 하나만먹자 그럭저럭 먹을만하네 몇점더먹고 그래도 이건 별로다 세번째는 그냥먹자 그이후 초장없이다 삭힌홍어 아님 안먹고 홍어찜이 제일 맛있죠
