Ken Starr, who led the campaign to impeach President Bill Clinton, filed a legal brief last month -- on behalf of the "Yes on 8" campaign -- that would forcibly divorce 18,000 same-sex couples that were married in California last year before the passage of Prop 8.
Watch "Fidelity" and sign our letter to the state Supreme Court. Tell the Supreme Court to invalidate Prop 8, reject Ken Starr's case, and let loving, committed couples marry:

As many times as I've watched this, I have yet to get through it without tears streaming down my face. Love is love, I don't get what's so hard to understand. . .
Almost a year later and I still tear up whenever I watch this. So beautiful. I wish more people could see it.
13 years later, and I still do. And horrifyingly, we may need it again.
as a gay couple here in canada with seven adopted kids from 18months -14years of age...legally married, legally adopted children...I can only hope with my heart that you too get to where we are soon....we love you all. Gregg & Keven
There's something really sweet about wedding pictures, I like how the wedding pictures they picked are the candid kind, and not the posed kind. You have my prayers
I watched this video again today, probably for the 40th time since it came out years ago, and finally made it through without crying!
... and then promptly teared up as soon as it stopped. Damnit.
Regina Always makes my life better. I love her so much, when I saw this it made me love her even more if that's possible!! Thanks Regina for caring for us :)
I can not understand how anyone seeing this video can't be moved. Lot's of love and support from The Netherlands.
Lived in California back then, can't believe we've come this far! I'm so happy for all my American friends!
Me, too.
I also remembered a movie called "If These Walls Could Talk II" where there are three segments. The most poignant one is set in 1961. A woman (played beautifully by Vanessa Redgrave) is tossed out of the house she has lived in for years after the death of her long time partner by the insensitive family of her partner (who thought they were "room mates").
Cada vez que los comentarios de mis padres me deprimen o cada vez que siento que las cosas van mal, veo este vídeo y vuelvo a sonreír, me dan esperanza.
A professor showed us this in class today. I was so moved I really had to hold tears back.
i watched this video again and again (now in HD, great ;) and still brings tears to my eyes
love from the Netherlands
THIS SONG ALWAYS makes me CRY!
it was so sad to know that prop 8 passed...
i met some of the married couples featured in this video @ a prop8 vigil in los angeles....
please help us fight against our next fight
please understand everyone, this is so emotional and inspiring...i can't believe anyone would turn-away this video =[ please show love for them because they are a symbol of love and fidelity. its right in front of you, why dislike them for who they are? for those that still disagree, fine! lets see what the california supreme court says on march 5th, 2009. i pray upon the people of california that there hearts and mind change someday. i was born, living, and proud of being californian.god bless!
This is the best vid I've seen yet, and I've seen many.
Five stars. You made me cry.
Love WILL prevail.
This video is so moving. I can watch it a thousand time and it's still so endearing.
that was beautiful.it made me cry at one point. i just cant believe that some people will not see that they cant make a law that says you cant get married. it brings fire to my heart. every time i see something related to this and my parents are there they disapprove. it makes me sick. and it makes me wonder if maybe they werent catholic and mexican maybe they would think differently. take that from a 12 year old. on a happier note, congrats to all those couples and keep that love and spread it.
Beautiful and heartbreaking. Why anyone would want to break up a happy family, or why a committed, loving marriage is a threat to anyone, is beyond me. I hope this opens some closed minds.
This is the sweetest video I've ever seen. It gives me hope, that my future can be as happy as theirs.
2:18 is my favourite - so much courage for a young woman. Her dads look very proud of her.
I think people break down and cry when they watch this because no one (no matter how tough you are) can resist true love and family.
Peace :-)
I just cried like there was no tomorrow. That video was absolutely beautiful and inspiring. All those people look so happy and no one should have the right to take that away from them!
Love this video! Everytime I watch it, my eyes get all watery!
my god this is beautiful. one of the most courageous expressions of love i've seen.
love will prevail.
Saw this in class the other day too. Except I couldn't hold back my tears. : / such a great video.
Touching! I love this!
Oh wow, I feel exactly the same! It was at that moment I had to go and get tissues! What a wonderful video.
I love this video I always watch it and cry little bit
Love should be equal and universal! beautiful video!
beautiful!!! it was very touching.
We must all join our voices to gain victory!
I love the picture of the two women kissing in front of the vehicle with the "Yes on 8" bumper sticker. =)
I think my favorite might be the one of the two guys sitting with their cat in front of a Christmas tree though... I think it's because they're both so young, yet entirely committed to one another. It fills me with joy to see such fidelity among our youth.
Reminded of this video when the song came up on my playlist today. Love DID prevail. ❤
absolutely perfect song.....love it....this vid made me tear up
A loving person lives in a loving world. A hostile person lives in a hostile world. Everyone you meet is your mirror.
-Ken Keyes Jr.
Good for Regina Spektor for lending her awesome song to this video! Very moving and powerful.

I'd like to say a few things: I'm Christian and I'm proud and Bi. God still loves me. Don't care what anyone says about that.
Have faith everyone. Our day is coming and when it does, it will be glorious.
I don't hate the people who are yes on 8, to tell you the truth. They have their opinions and they've been inducted into a way of thinking as we all have at one point or another.
I love you all and I'm crossing my fingers for us! We will prevail!
This situation very painful, I recommend this video, I think will help!
This is such a beautiful video.. I mean people of all backgrounds and stature.. wow I would have never known.. Simply Beautiful.. thanks for sharing..
soft~~
that was incredibly moving. the last time i saw something totally unrelated to me that made me bawl my eyes out was obama's inaugaration. i'm a seventeen year old canadian straight girl. but this just hit me so hard. so touching. good luck to all those facing such blatant discrimination your in my prayers
This made me so happy to watch :)
I love seeing people in love, and being able to do what is right :)
Love will prevail!!! Everyone deserves love!!
What beautiful couples and families! This brought tears to my eyes.
I don't understand how so many people can be against LOVE!
As I sit with my husband of 10 years with our 7 adopted children and look at our lives in our wonderful community I know how lucky we are to be equal in all aspects of the law...my thought's are with our american brothers and sisters...Canada supports you all the way...our love....Gregg anf Keven...and ther kids
That video makes me cry every time I watch it. I can't believe they are all having to wait so long to find out if their marriages are going to be taken away from them. How can people be so cruel?
So heart-touching
Love will prevail.
I am a straight 18 yr old female,
This Video Made me cry
If there is any justice and humanity in the world the abomination that is prop 8 WILL be invalidated!
Peace & ♥
This is so beautiful, I'm sending that petition to everyone!
Happy families rock.
it really does break my heart to think that the government still believes it has a place in deciding who's allowed to love whom. this is 2009, not the middle ages. live and let live.
Great video! Love and reason will win out in the long run.
Beautiful vid...
Hope everybody could be as happy as these couples.
Love!
Very nice made vid. Very touching. So nice to see love every where in ALL its faces. What are people scared about? Why don't they just live their own life in love?? You could think they're jealous. Love is Love ..... thats all.
Gosh this made me cry! It was really really beautiful.
Leave it to people with different or estranged views to prevent other people from being happy and having fun..
We have enough issues on the lines of survivability that should be addressed and sought after.
Great video, great music, great message.
I agree
i cried when i first saw this.
i hope this video is being played in every corner of ken starr's office and house.
I cry everytime I watch it. It's so beautiful and true.
This will always be so inspiring to me.
It's so frustrating to know how much hate there is. Love is love, don't bring your hate into it.
This all has me so flustered.
Very touching...I have faith it will be struck down. keep the faith brothers and sisters.
Gosh, no matter how many times I see this it makes me cry!
This is beautiful and I feel sorry for people who can't see that. I really do.
Here here!
Wow! Keep up the good work! It saddens me that people are being stripped of rights that we have started to take for granted here in Canada.
Beautiful video!!
Beautiful families! How fortunate California is to have so many loving, committed couples living there. The least the state can show them back is respect and equality.
they are a beautiful couple. I love her dress with the dark lace and embroidery against the white fabric and her chin held high and smiling like a Renaissance princess. My husband and I are the couple at 3:20. It was such a happy day for both of us. I tear up whenever I watch the video. I now truly know what a broken heart feels like.
Me too! Twice actually. It's a beautifully simple message - how can anyone not see that love is love?
Great song for 6/26/15!
My community doesn't lash out at my lifestyle. I live in CA. Life is quite lovely here. Thanks for your concern for my "people." It's truly heartfelt.
Oh, and one more thing, my shoes are far too fabulous for the likes of you. You don't have to tell us, we all see how troubled you are, sweetheart. I pity you.
Love over everything.
El Amor por encima de todo.
This was beautiful. That's real love, people. It deserves to be recognized.
"...time will eventually give us what we deserve"
Truer words were never spoken.
As to your silly comments about the TV shows you cite, I don't watch those TV shows. You are right, tho; so many movies and TV shows are profane in their debasement of the sacred covenant of marriage.
But regarding real life, I am engaged in a fight to help people prevent divorce every day. THAT is an arena where I can and do make a difference.
Brought me to tears.
I can't believe this video doesn't have more than 200000 views yet!
la cancion es padrisima....
like Marion Zimmer Bradley wrote in her marvellous novel "Catch trap":
"it didn't matter what people called me, so long as I was decent and good to people and as long as the people I loved, whether they were men or women, als long as they were better off for loving me and not worse off."
In my opinion that's all that counts!
As a straight male, married with a 11 month old..this video breaks my heart. How can two men marrying affect me or my wife or my family? We will look back one day on Prop 8 and see it as a dark moment in our California history.
This made me cry. It really did. It's so...pretty. So simple and touching.
i get all teared up every time i watch this!!!!
well said!
whats the name o this song
This is so lovely, especially how it spans all ages :)
Beautiful! How can anyone dislike love and those who loves?! Every person falls in love with a human, not a gender.
This made me cry D;
Its not about shoving anything in peoples faces, its about being happy and living your life how you want it. Just because you don't agree with it doesn't mean you have the right to deny people the freedom to be themselves.
Beautiful video...it does break my heart to think someone else should meddle and make judgements over other people's love.
All haters should simply stop and think what they'd do if people started questioning their feelings
I pictured the veterans at 1:25 as Hawkeye Pierce and Trapper John and it made me smile. :-)
Brilliant video, and made me cry (in a good way).
I don't want my friends in California to be summarily divorced, either. Even though I'm a fan of alternates to marriage - not a big fan of marriage full stop - I don't see who gains from taking the right of a ceremony and public recognition from those who do at all.
I love this video, it's beautiful and very powerful.
We cried because it's sad that these people are being told that they can't love the people they love. This is a wonderful video
It's not just 18,000+ marriages... it's their children, their families, their friends, their coworkers, their neighbors, and all the people they meet in their daily travels. It's entirely about love, our most important commodity. Why do ANYTHING to attack love?! Why?!
how powerful and beautiful
i got teary
Amazing!
This is very sad...
I'm glad this was made.
I'm watched it 4 times and still cry.
May I add -Please let my brothers be able to marry their partners.
I am not a hateful person and I do not really hate a great many things in this world. What I really do hate with all my heart is politicians with big religions keeping loving people apart, it's truly disgusting.
All the love to you all from Sweden and I wish you all good luck in your struggle.
This made me cry. :) such beautiful love.
