Humble cinematography brag: The first driving part of the video was shot in less than two hours of daylight that we had left once we picked up the car. With little idea of what we want to do exactly and no prior exprience with such workflow scenario and some of the equipment... I am quite satisfied with the end result. It got me really excited for our future first real "review" video of whatever it may be :) Hope you enjoy!
Well production has gone through the roof. Videos on point. Well done 👍 Wrap looks better the paint and hides some of the poor design features, also sounds epic, i so wish it looked sweet (I guess some like it, I aren’t one of them) Never been in a touring car race machine, however I do have dual valve adjustable ohlins on my car, and the difference is night and day to the point that it drives like a totally different car. Suspension as I learnt from MTB racing is key, but the best you can afford and have it set up well to start with. Then make small adjustments and only small ones until your mind is blown.
Production quality was really good here. Nice job! The color and everything else was really nice. (Of course the audio clipped a bit, but it wasn't horrible). I will say, that wrap definitely helps make the m3 look good. Can't wait to see* it on track! * Via video

I didnt like the large kidney bean grill to begin with but your solution with the wrap has changed my mind! The G80 looks great in the Apex livery. Looking forward to more content!
Yup it looks "great" cause most ugly part of it is black, so you see much less details of it and grill is not so visible, shortly front looks like any BMW in the dark :D
Love the look of the V5, but am I bit of a Kw fanboy 🤣 also what a great driver excuse.. I was slower because I had the suspension set for too many people 👍

The new front design is great! Much more aggressive appearence. There was loads of comments when Audi came with their bigger grill in 2006 (I think was the year) as well, but now there's none.
That's true, but mostly people found that those cars looked decent in person. Like the Civic type R, when I first saw one in person, it didn't look as bad as the photos made it seem. However, when I see any of the new 3 or 4 series cars, or the m3 or m4, in person, they still look bad. That front end, and the side profile on the 4-series is just not right. In other words, I don't see BMW sticking with this design language if they value their customers... lol.
Informative, great job! But you missed one of the key changes in the rear suspension setup. You forgot to mention you went Full Rear Coilover instead of the divorced traditional OEM setup. Also ....why did you go full rear coilover? the students out there need to learn. Lastly.....did KW have to modify anything in the rear for the mounting location of the coilover? From my years of dabbling in the dark arts.....always have to add support to the rear shock towers no matter which M car.

Beautiful video, can imagine apex spending 20k on improving an already great roadholding. Had to giggle on the suspension sound imitation, followed by remarks on stiffness. 🙃 Compliments on the growth of an already marvellous channel.
No marketing you say in title, but you don't talk about any competitors or comparison. Why no JRZ (which was the best a few years ago according to yourself), Öhlins or Intrax? Only talking about KW is (influencer) marketing at highest level tbh...
Because we would need to compare them directly on that car. Listen carefully to what I said: this is top of the line Motorsport suspension from KW that you can find on GT3 racecars. I didn't say it's the best of anything available out there :)
I rly dont like the wierd "design" of the wrap, you are thrashtalking how the lines , etc on the car are terible and that u cannot put any logo on it, and then wrap it like 18 yo guy from your local town , but nvm, not just sharing negative attitude, your vids, are cool watching for a long time , keep it up.
rebound vs compression is fairly misunderstood. I have KW v3 on my mk4 r32 and the KW's perform so amazing for rebound when hitting a small short bump the damper perfectly neutralizes the jutting forces from the bump and appropriately lays the tire back into the ground without any traction blows. even in near limit speeds and lateral g's
is it possible for normal people (as my and everyone watching) to come to kw and let them prepare your kw suspension setup just like them did it to you or is it only possible for you because of the views and for the racing teams partnered with kw?
The only ugly about the front is that is has to have a licenceplate on it. That makes it horrible otherwise i prefer the last M3 front over all of them but the M3 E30. I would say the rear of the car is not the best

I cant see this anymore i have stopped at 5 min . Misha tries to prove that this g80 with comfort seats is better then f80 ! I as a customer wanna 4 bucking seats and that exhaust noise under my ass ! Its just simple as that Even e36 with 4 bucket seats is better then this .
We need more content with EV Racing, experience, cost, durability, weight, charging times, overheating time etc. etc. thats the future of normal people. I think a lot of people will soon not be able to even afford to drive to the Nordscheife. People who are 500-600km away will have to pay 250€ to get there and back, which is twice as much as 2 years ago. So I think a lot of people will just not visit Nordschleife this year anymore. Even do a lot less laps than usuall if the Petrol prices are already double and maybe soon triple as much as 2 Years ago.
It's 20,000 Euros. If you bought a 20,000 Euro car and put 50,000 in racing accessories, it better damn well be better for racing. That's creative and not innovation. These get conflated. Innovation has a set limited cost. If you buy a 3 million Euro race car, you don't expect it to have great cargo capacity. Now, if you took a 50,000 Euro car and added 5,000 Euros (of course in a reality where millions upon millions are suffering and life isn't fair or unfair and just is.) and that said car compares with a million Euro car for racing, that is innovation. Cost has a huge impact on what is analogous to a cost to performance analysis. Again, you enjoy this stuff and its for a profit/monetary end. You wouldn't be doing any of this without analyzing ROI. What a thrill

Dampers lets say theres 20 clicks. 5 would have about the least resistance and 18 would have close to the most resistance ECT. Spring rate lets put it this way soft medium and hard damper settings will varie depending on spring rate stiffness. I’m not a technician or mechanic. though i did teach myself i do understand these things.
Its going to be naughty around the ring thats for sure! Lets hope BMW can sort the looks out next time around hey! Try and get some flowing lines and proper design back again. I wouldnt turn one down if it was free though!

This one seems or at least looks a bit lighter and faster. Glad to see u guys back on track - making more car related vidz. I know the situation is shitty but, we might aswell make something more positive out of it instead of feeding it weird energies. Good video. But it would be nice to hear what spring rates they choosed on that heavy standard car compared to the M4 GT3 race version. Just different number of clicks on the dampers would not be enough would it?

IMO, the car looks amazing! Yeah, the grill is not what most will like. However, with that wrap and those Protrack wheels...WOW!
