You don't know anything about biochemistry if you think he's lying. He didn't say Jones NEVER took a steroid, he's saying that this result was a consequence of last years ingestion...which is sound.
He failed a drug test
@Paul Bearer he tested positive for a banned substance how is that not failing the test. It was probably in such small amounts because he was micro dosing
He tested positive for the same thing he did last time. However, because they have real scientists doing that job and not UA-cam biochemists, they determined that it was not a failed drug test. What they found were traces of whatever he took the first time that hadn’t yet left his system.
Take that for what you will. But that’s what the experts say happened.

Steroids don't magically evacuate your system after a few months. Some people need to take a class in biochemistry. Not saying he didn't ingest steroids in the past, but to blame him for something now out of his control is a little harsh.

He didn’t seem honest at all
We have loose definitions of “failed” a test. He tested for more turinabol in his body THIS time than last time yet the argument is that it’s “residual” and residue. The same thing happened in 2017 - it was a failure. So now there’s more of this substance in his body but he’s innocent?
That's because we're all learning the science behind this stuff as we go along. Unfortunately, and whether you like it or not, there's just not alot of studies that exist for some of these chemicals, or life spans of metabolites, or not to mention improvement in testing protocols, etc. etc. Logically, policy needs to change once you learn new information and a clearer picture emerges. This is how science works.
Khai Le Jon Jones is clean as a whistle, and this is coming from a certified UA-cam steroid expert.
Notice with all the other fighters they have had, even some coming back after 6 months after a tainted supplement. Not a single time did they find "residual metabolites" upon their return. Suddenly Jon Jones is the first to have residual metabolites, more than the first time, when they lied and said it was "only" a picogram.
Because its not truevand thats the story the UFC is spinning. Turinabol has an elimination half life of 16 hours not 18 months. So in reality he is microdosing and popped again.

No watch the fight again the most I would give is a draw. No way I give a win to Gus after he nearly was nearly finished and was saved by the bell. Also Jones was never in any danger the entire fight. Jones was fatigued but both fighters were fatigued. Close fight but I dont think Gus did enough to take the belt in that fight.

M Bruce maybe but maybe not I mean hear in the U.K. and Ireland I know literally nobody that has ever even watched a basketball game but MMA is getting massive and way more people watch it than basketball. Most of Europe don’t watch basketball it is popular in some countries especially Eastern Europe but so is MMA. Basketball is popular in China and MMA isn’t but in japan and a lot of other Asian countries MMA is massive and basketball isint.
Basketball has little/no TV coverage around the world outside of coverage of the 32 NBA teams. The top Euro leagues don't even get any significant air time. So 'yes' I believe he has heard of basketball - but your point is way off.... even tennis would have been a better comparable than basketball. He also didn't say UFC was bigger - he said it was trending the way of soccer in terms of international interest.

I don't believe he said that it has, or will, but said it could. I am also not saying it is bigger than many other sports - the growth rate and international interest suggest it COULD be in the FUTURE. Therefore I don't really understand your point.
