If it's found out that he did kill her in NC or had someone do something that cause her death while she was in NC, does the family still have the ability to bring a wrongful death suit there? Or does the SC lawsuit cover actions in other states?
@@DogsDogsAndMoreDogs It would depend on the language of the mutual releases and settlement agreement that were signed by the parties which we are not privy to as that’s confidential. I would assume that “his” attorney would have included language covering both SC and NC as she lived in one state but passed in another.
