- As you may have probably already seen, protesters are gathering in Iran in protest of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini’s death at the hands of “morality police.” This has since sparked a public outpour of anger over the freedoms, rights, and gender-based violence against Iranian women. Sahih al-Bukhari 146
Umar bin Al-Khattab used to say to Allah's Apostle "Let your wives be veiled" But he did not do so. The wives of the Prophet used to go out to answer the call of nature at night only at Al-Manasi.' Once Sauda, the daughter of Zam'a went out and she was a tall woman. 'Umar bin Al-Khattab saw her while he was in a gathering, and said, "I have recognized you, O Sauda!" He ('Umar) said so as he was anxious for some Divine orders regarding the veil (the veiling of women.) So Allah revealed the Verse of veiling'.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ أَزْوَاجَ النَّبِيِّ، صلى الله عليه وسلم كُنَّ يَخْرُجْنَ بِاللَّيْلِ إِذَا تَبَرَّزْنَ إِلَى الْمَنَاصِعِ ـ وَهُوَ صَعِيدٌ أَفْيَحُ ـ فَكَانَ عُمَرُ يَقُولُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم احْجُبْ نِسَاءَكَ. فَلَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَفْعَلُ، فَخَرَجَتْ سَوْدَةُ بِنْتُ زَمْعَةَ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَيْلَةً مِنَ اللَّيَالِي عِشَاءً، وَكَانَتِ امْرَأَةً طَوِيلَةً، فَنَادَاهَا عُمَرُ أَلاَ قَدْ عَرَفْنَاكِ يَا سَوْدَةُ. حِرْصًا عَلَى أَنْ يَنْزِلَ الْحِجَابُ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ آيَةَ الْحِجَابِ.

There is no consensus on the wearing of hijab. Some women wear it and others do not.

I was not able to finish the video, the violence against a fellow human, a woman no less was just too much. This incident is clearly nothing to do with Islam, but power over other people, esp, women. Because if these so called "muslims" were actually following Islam:
1. There is no compulsion in dean (religion) so mind your own business
2. These men should not even have looked at the woman they thought was inappropriately dressed, they should have lowered their gaze and moved on
3. You are not allowed to touch a person of the opposite sex, let alone beat them
4. Violence against an innocent person is absolutely forbidden
As a hijabi woman, I stand with Iranian women because to me they are protesting their government and people in power, who are their oppressors, not Islam

In Islam, it is forbidden to force people or peoples to wear the veil. In Islam, it is up to the choice of women, but unfortunately and excuse the response of the Shiites in all countries, they are more strict in customs and traditions than religion. As a hijabi person who lives in Iran and believes in the right for women to choose, I can say that the situation is very sad and very bad.
And there's Extremists in both sides including the protesters ((witch is very unfortunate)) they have burnt the قرآن and have harrassed hijabi women witch is very bad because most of the protesters don't want that. The morality police is also not at all nice to the protesters; it's kinda scary.
I hope to see a day where women have the rights to CHOOSE to wear the hijab or not.

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي زَيْدٌ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَلَيْسَ شَهَادَةُ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلَ نِصْفِ شَهَادَةِ الرَّجُلِ ". قُلْنَا بَلَى. قَالَ " فَذَلِكَ مِنْ نُقْصَانِ عَقْلِهَا ".

Jabir reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saw a woman, and so he came to his wife, Zainab, as she was tanning a leather and had sexual intercourse with her. He then went to his Companions and told them:
The woman advances and retires in the shape of a devil, so when one of you sees a woman, he should come to his wife, for that will repel what he feels in his heart.
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَأَى امْرَأَةً فَأَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ زَيْنَبَ وَهْىَ تَمْعَسُ مَنِيئَةً لَهَا فَقَضَى حَاجَتَهُ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى أَصْحَابِهِ فَقَالَ " إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ تُقْبِلُ فِي صُورَةِ شَيْطَانٍ وَتُدْبِرُ فِي صُورَةِ شَيْطَانٍ فَإِذَا أَبْصَرَ أَحَدُكُمُ امْرَأَةً فَلْيَأْتِ أَهْلَهُ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يَرُدُّ مَا فِي نَفْسِهِ " .

The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, "Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman (if they pass in front of the praying people)." I said, "You have made us (i.e. women) dogs. I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) praying while I used to lie in my bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I would slip away. for I disliked to face him."
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ خَلِيلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ ـ يَعْنِي ابْنَ صُبَيْحٍ ـ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهُ ذُكِرَ عِنْدَهَا مَا يَقْطَعُ الصَّلاَةَ فَقَالُوا يَقْطَعُهَا الْكَلْبُ وَالْحِمَارُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ. قَالَتْ قَدْ جَعَلْتُمُونَا كِلاَبًا، لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ـ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ ـ يُصَلِّي، وَإِنِّي لَبَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ، وَأَنَا مُضْطَجِعَةٌ عَلَى السَّرِيرِ، فَتَكُونُ لِي الْحَاجَةُ، فَأَكْرَهُ أَنْ أَسْتَقْبِلَهُ فَأَنْسَلُّ انْسِلاَلاً. وَعَنِ الأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ نَحْوَهُ.
Sunan an-Nasa'i 3255
It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah married her when she was six years old, and consummated the marriage with her when she was nine.
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ سِتٍّ وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ تِسْعٍ .

Surah Al-Mu'minun Ayat 23, Verse1-6
قَدْ أَفْلَحَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ١
Successful indeed are the believers
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِى صَلَاتِهِمْ خَـٰشِعُونَ
Those who humble themselves in prayer
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنِ ٱللَّغْوِ مُعْرِضُونَ
Those who avoid idle talk
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِلزَّكَوٰةِ فَـٰعِلُونَ
Those who pay zakat
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَـٰفِظُونَ
Those who guard their private part (1)
إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَـٰنُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ
Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess,(1) for then, they are free from blame (2)

I disagree with the man’s tiktok as well. Many of Iran’s women aren’t all hijabis, they have been forced to become one. If it has never been a symbol of their identity, burning it in protest makes sense because they were never given the choice to decide when to start wearing it. I will say that many western non-Muslims that are islamophobic will see it as a gesture of “oh see, they were ALL oppressed by Islam” instead of recognizing that the government is to blame for the lives of innocent women being murdered

Al Baqarah known as the cow Sarah 2 ayat 256 states there is no compulsion in religion therefore the Iranian stat which claims to be Islamic clearly does not follow the teachings of Muhammad PBUH.
The right of a woman to wear or not to wear religious clothing should be her choice.
It's the same thing in France where women are forbidden from wearing a hijab in certain places.

Absolutely westernised so caller muslims. If they know even a littlr bit about islam, they would know that the islamic rules or an islamic land does have all the right to command to do certain things as long as they line up with what Allah has told us and it isnt stopping you from worshipping Allah. And the hijab is compulsory, therefor the islamic rules has all the right to enforce such thing and decide for his region, what the moral standards are. Hypocrites.

@Based Brah Historically all muslim countries obligated Islamic dresscode and all scholars agree on Ta'zeer punishment for not dressing properly according shariah law.( Ibn Al-Qayyim defined Ta‘zeer (disciplinary punishment) in his book I‘laam Al-Muwaqqi‘een as follows: "Ta‘zeer is the punishment for any sin that has no Hadd (determined punishment) or Kaffaarah (expiation) in Islamic law.") Christians and jews in the time of the prophet wore their own clothing which included a headscarf bcs that was the culture in arabia. Most modern muslim nations adopted the western dress code wich is "wear what you want but dont reveal your genitales". But that doesnt change the facts in islam. If we cannot enforce our own dress code that means we cannot enforce any dresscode which then means pple can even be naked in public. I agree with the man in the first video, the one where he says taking off hijab is not a valid protest. I agree to that, because I myself am a struggling hijabi. I migrated to America when I was 12, in 2012, short after 9/11 and lived there ever since. I always felt connected with Allah, and wearing hijab in that distressed, rise of islamophobic environment, hijab was my form of security, and my identity. I started wearing hijab at the age of 13 and ever since I have witnessed and went through not only verbal and emotional abuse but also, physical one. People would literally pull of my hijab at such a young age, and while all the pins stabbed me, they would laugh! All my life, even now, I protest to wear hijab, like many muslim women across the world; in America, France, England, India, China, Ukraine, Russia, Australia, and many small nations of Europe like Greenland, Iceland, Portland, Sweden, etc. Or even in muslim countries! Like in Turkey for a long time, or in Israel colonized countries; Lebanon! Syria! PALESTINE! Where thousands of men, women, and children die everyday! Yet they stay strong! Where young muslim women would rather die than take off their Hijabs! And here are these Iranians! Who can't even tale one death! And they started disrespecting our religion and all the hijabians of the world! I am not saying what happened to that young girl was okay, it definitely was not! And every muslim of the world should take an action on that! EVERY! And but that doesn't give anyone the right to disrespect islam! It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah married her when she was six years old, and consummated the marriage with her when she was nine.
