I am a girl 16 years old and 157cm, planning from now to grow and do the surgery even though it will take so much time and money as well. but it's the only last way I can see myself in happy, from always I wanted to be tall ,at least 163 cm and i don't even think if i will reach 160cm. I really hate myself being short ,I know some can say that I have to build self confidence or love myself the way I am. Honestly I don't believe in that cause I can do the impossible to see myself the way I want to be from always.sometimes i feel that even if it's a risk and I won't be able to walk I don't care (I know I may be stupid to some but my height really affects my whole life for such a long time and I don't think if I can live like this)

@@johanliebrt7I hope I could be able to take these injections or use whatever what to boost my height,but my mom says that these things could affect my health negatively:( and for stretching, I literally was stretching for a whole year every days for 3 to 5 times (every time it takes 8 to 10 minutes) and yes I was growing 1 to 2cm but only the moments after stretching cause then my height gets back to 157cm (or even less sometimes espacially at night, around 156,5cm-156cm)when I started first stretch and reached on the first week 158,5cm I was so happy and motivated to keep going but after weeks I realised that once I stop stretching my height won't increase ,besides I agree that we have to manage a healthy diet with stretching in order to increase height . i've done a mistake for the past 4 months ,I was on a really strict diet and lost 11 kg ,starving myself all day and doing different workouts for 2 hous (I weighted 40kg) and mom forced me to see the doctor who told me to stop this diet cause I'm a teenager and I'm still growing ......and now because of shcool I stress a lot and decided to get back to normal eating habits to reach my ideal weight ,but I started binging every single day(cause I forced myself to not eat so many stuff that contains much calories )until I gained all the weight back and I even weight more than my weight before starting diet so I try to focus on my nutrition and move (even though I spend all the day on my desk😅)
I've heard that girls stop growing at 16 or Maximum 17 ,even though my growth plates are open but no one of my family cares about helping me to look for any medicine that could possibly help me grow taller ,of course with the doctor's consultation ,they don't see any benefit in being tall or short ,espacially that I am girl but they don't know what is it like to be around tall skinny girls is

@@alexandred.5471 Not happening, only if you are a teenager then maybe. Once growth plates are dead and transformed into a bone there is no more growth. The way that is availabe now is HGH injections if your growth plates are still open, till age 19 you can still grow for around 10cm, 15 at max.
