@@Dr.HJ99 yea its called Quadrilateral Lengthening which is you had both tibia + femur surgery at the same time, it save you some money but the healing process will be much slower due to multiple trauma on your leg, In my opinion is better to have a separate surgery with a gap between 6-12 months 👍🏻
