Caring For Giants (Elephant Encounter) | Backstage Tour at Disney's Animal Kingdom

In May, we did the Caring For Giants tour at Disney's Animal Kingdom. This is one of a series of backstage tours available at the park, and it provides an up-close viewing experience of elephants!
The tour happens multiple times per day and is only $35 per person before any discounts (such as Annual Pass or DVC). It fills up quickly, so be sure to book via My Disney Experience 60 days in advance when it opens.
Our entire party absolutely LOVED this tour. It was very casual, so there was lots of time to ask questions and observe - we learned so much and got some amazing views of the elephants (including two babies playing in the water!)
