Delve into the wondrous world of our park's largest inhabitants.
During this 60-minute experience, you’ll meet with a knowledgeable Guide who will provide insight into the inner workings of our African elephant herd. Your guide will provide a glimpse into the day-to-day care of these amazing animals and share stories of Disney’s conservation efforts dedicated to the preservation of wild populations throughout the world.

Throughout this experience, you’ll be able to observe the elephants from approximately 80 to 100 feet away-so you’ll enjoy a closer encounter with the elephants than you would during other in-park experiences.

I put this on and my daughter Michelle (she's 3) yelled, "It's Maria, it's Maria!" 😍 Then we had to watch it a second time because she liked the reaction of the "strawberry girls" on Everest.

I am short in stature so seeing animals like elephants up close always fascinates me. They’re so big it’s amazing. It’s really cool you got to be up close to them!

I've never seen cast members in line at dinosaur with the dinosaur puppets/toys?? SO strange, yet kinda cool that they're able to interact with guests like that 😁
Oopsie potato and the rice spoon sitting nicely gave me much needed laugh. I’ve had a bad day of feeling like a failure with my anxiety and health problems. When I feel low I watch these videos for a giggle and feel a bit better.

We went on the Elephant tour and it was fun! There were several female elephants out at the time. The problem with this specific tour is you can't always tell if they will be visible or not. But the tour guide was fun and like I said we got lucky enough to see them. We even saw some of the males in the distance.

Yak&Yetti and Spice Road Table are my 2 favorite restaurants at Disney. Prices are reasonable, food is unique, and very tasty!

A little tip for Yak and Yeti,Nate. If you join Landry Select club you can bypass the line and walk up and get a reservation. Plus the $25 dues is refunded on the first visit!

I have wanted to do this tour for a while! I will be there in 2 weeks for two weeks for my daughters birthday. I was torn between that & horse back riding. Horseback riding @ the ranch won because she loved it the first time and it is her birthday. Can’t wait to watch your experience. I’ll get it in sometime!!🙃. Thanks for showing your fun Nate!!

I did the keys to the kingdom tour after you did it and really enjoyed it. So now I’ll have to do this one. Some info regarding genie+ and lightening lanes. My family was here the last two week, had ten day passes, no park hopper. There were 7 people and spend $865 on genie and LL. They rode everything they wanted. They did genie and LL because the kids were age 4,5 and 7. Didn’t want to line up for an hour or more for rides. Just thought this info might help others to have an idea of cost.
The safari is the best experience at Animal kingdom. We will def include this as part of our Disney trip, when we go next month.I love these videos. We are eating at yak and yeti one of our favorites on our trip.

Yak 🤮 and Yeti 🦧 - Probably the best place to eat in A.K. The hot and sticky days in central Florida are here to stay through September. Watch out for those daily storms.⛈
