The dude who commented below you makes the films. He is from Thailand and between his video and mine you will do fine. I am not a tech guy AT ALL and I did 2 of them in an afternoon.
bro, you can handle this. I am not a shop, I am not a mechanic and I am not computer inclined at all. Order the films from the guy I tagged on this and follow my video. You got this. And in Lieu of welding everything back together, I realized I could probably have just used an epoxy

Hey man, did you orientate those rubber contact strips any special way? Did you put them back how they came out or just stuck them back in?
They have to go back in exactly as they came out.
google lcd Lenze and order and cut to fit. don't chop your fingers off removing the old from glass push away from you!
Do you know what they use for the back film?
Can you remove the front cover with a heat gun or oven?
You cannot. First you run the risk of frying your board, second the glue they used is not affected by heat. It’s gotta be cut apart.
