I really like an Aku Aku, originally called the Missionaries Downfall. I use the Smuggler's Cove spec and it's just fantastic. Very small for a tiki cocktail, but extremely delicious. I sometimes lengthen it with a little soda water and extra pineapple juice. Just fantastic. Great video sir.

That looks tasty but so many things to buy.
No idea if this is in any way unique but it's simple and delicious.
I call it a Schmilsson as homage to Harry Nilson's song, Coconut ("You put de lime in de coconut and drink'em bo dup") from the Album "Nilsson Schmilsson"
You could just as well call it a Coconut Daiquiri I suppose.
Adjust to taste.
2 Plantation 3 Stars Rum
1 Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 Creme of Coconut
Serve up, shake & dump, pour over crushed ice or blend... it's all good.
I can't decide between two that I just had over the weekend. It is either Lapu Lapu, or the Bahama Mama. Very different, but both excellent.
I can never understand why the Bahama Mama isn't talked about more. Okay, i know it's a kind of a Tropical/Disco Cocktail and not Tiki. But very rarely does it get mentioned.
@@StevetheBarmanUK I know it did not come from Don the Beachcomber or Trader Vic, or any other Tiki god, but it does appear to come from the same era in time that gave us Tiki, and seems to tick all the boxes for tiki. I was first introduced to the drink when I found it on a list of tiki cocktails. So I guess this brings me to my question, How we we decide whether or not a drink it tiki. I can see at least two sides to that question, but I am interested to hear what you think.
Three Dots and a Dash... lots of ingredients, but I seem to enjoy anything that has pimento dram... like Ancient Mariner.
Bacardi stopped making 151. Liability reasons, I believe. Too many co-eds burned their faces drinking goofy on-fire cocktails without using common sense.
