The possibilities are endless with this set up and the e-ray. As long as the timing didn't catch you up between the motors and the engine and transmission, that would be badass. The amount of fun the car would be as AWD and 1000 HP

I almost felt bad, or ashamed today (3/8/24) when a guy came up to me in a parking lot and gave my car so much praise and said how awesome it was. I have 7 corvette’s , certainly could not do all of them 2019 ZRI OR 2010 ZRI, is very tempting. Saving my $$ for 2025 Blackwing. You guys do a great job, in a way , glad I don’t live close. Your shop would be like a candy store for me. Keep up the good work!

Where I live I have seen much much more c8’s around than any corvette ever. It’s like they all want a lambo. It makes me appreciate my c6 z06 so much more they are becoming rarer but look so damn good and has so many options for power with ls7. Idk if any feels the same with these c8’s

I have a question . But 1st....Install looks nicely done with it being well packaged in the engine compartment. Getting the factory panels back in w/o looking like it has been cut up is something important to many.
Sounds good with the cam. You didn't get into cam specs. Reminds me of a BTR Stage 1 cam for LS motors with its lope. Very well done package install.
Question. Why not go with 1 large, high pressure fuel pump rather than the twin set-up you used here? If the mechanical factory pump is required with the DI fueling being used on his setup why not the addition of 1 aftermarket electronic fuel pump from Aeromotive rather than the twin smaller electric fuel pumps? Having 3 fuel pumps, with two of them being aftermarket electronic, would seem unnecessary. So, Why not 1 big aftermarket electronic fuel pump?

I'm gonna say this exterior spec with those wheels is the nicest looking C8 I've seen . I would chose this color / spec. With the stupid power it's a unique , bad ass car . Is it better then a Z06 ? in some ways . Even looks I think each looks equally good , just different . One is prettier and one looks more radical track machine . I kinda prefer the C8 look and with the stupid HP it is a good street super car .
It's frankly too much for street driving as sports car , it's now a roll racing top end kinda thing . Looks beautiful though , classy choices . Doesn't look boy racer but has the goods .

I’m a huge LMR fan but with the size of that intake couldn’t you put a Whipple on top? I mean the centrifugal is making plenty power but the efficiency and cooling of the Gen5/6 Whipple is unmatched. Still this is one AWESOME AWESOME HOT ROD!!!
No roots blower is going to have more efficiency and cooling than a centrifugal supercharger. This guy doesn’t have to worry abt heat soak

We do both depending on customer needs/goals.
I would like to see a NA LT2 7.0 427 C8 V/S a C8 Z LT6 head-to-head with both cars having the exact same setup I would like to see The Wider fenders on it with the same size tire and exactly the same size brakes and arrow I believe that you could get just as good or better numbers out of the 427 in my opinion V/S the Dual cam crazy exotic motor with all its fancy parts versus simple pushrod V8 I know what today's technology that we can make the 427 at least Rev close to the LT6 i Chevrolet should have stuck with keeping the Corvette sounding like a Corvette in my opinion the C8 Z sounds like a Porsche mixed with an inbred Ferrari sound😢 but that all said I really love to see this competition. Make it happen Steven!

Its got to be frustrating dealing with customers who aren’t fully mechanically knowledgeable about vehicles, tuning, or even their own car. Nothing wrong with it, but it can be frustrating having to choose your words wisely because they don’t understand more than half of what you’re explaining.
Same goes with a lot of industries. Something you have to do as a business owner. Not just as a mechanic. But tbh no mechanic should have to choose their words that wisely. If you don’t know stuff ask questions. But just people paying this money don’t care.

For when you want the adreneline rush.. absolutly but people need to understand that you loose NVH. Notice how they're heads are bobbing at idle, and during gear shifting. If it's a daily, the noise and smoothness of transmission shifts is much better in stock form, not to mention what the neighbors will say... being heard all the time and getting weird looks isn't always what it's cracked up to be. Is that worth it when 90% of the time you're running 0-100 MPH ? If it's not your daily, then sure. That's a small % of us though. I ride bikes, and my super sport bike is fun but I don't enjoy it for most commuting, where my still fast but moderate bike is more fun for all the reasons mentioned.
Would MUCH rather see Z06’s .. I’ve modded the shit out of my C8Z and now my Stingray just collects dust.. Sorry but the Stingray is just a bore now.

@@gearheadflicks ok,… lightly modded lol. Yes straight piped Titanium Ryft and High flow cats, Eventuri of which alone gave it over 40HP, and lastly twin Soler Performance 91mm ported throttle bodies with electronic throttle control. I would be scared of it if
it were able to be tuned.

I like everything about the C8Z but I can't get over the sound I see them all the time where I live and even with aftermarket exhaust it just doesn't sound like a Corvette I would love to have a C8 Z with a LT 2 427 so basically the ERay without the electric motors but a glorious LT 7.0 in it

Pretty much every performance shop in their packages and vehicle manufacturer advertises CRANK HP . What LMR does is also share RWHP on their dyno graphs.... there is an estimated % of drivetrain loss in various vehicles smarty pants.
Guy paid God knows how much money to mod this thing and when he goes to a car show and people ask him questions he won't know the slightest technical specs other than "It's sure cool huh?"
