And when he would come visit us in Vegas, and during small talk he told me something in the lines of what you just said. He said the best way to hurt a person or a company who has done you wrong is to Sue them. Because when they are forced to pay up for a mistake, it really does slow down their actions and makes them think about why they lost that money. He said even a $1000.00 hit on your bank account is going to get your wife or girlfriend's attention to why you lost that money... lol. Because one of the main reasons people fight at home with their bed partner is what...? "MONEY HONEY" Especially here in America, because we all love to shop, go out and spend our money. And if something is hindering that, we really pay attention just like a dog pays attention to a Scooby snack 😂. So can you imagine that cop after she sues the hell out of him if the amount is in the $50k zone. He told me he has worked a case where his client got $100k for bullshit like this. I don't care who you are, $50k gonna put you in the Dog house, $100k or more being married and doing dumb sh*t at work gonna put you in divorce court LMAO!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I hope she files a complaint with every agency that matters in this case and make very sure that the officers names and badge numbers are exposed to the public. Please don't stop until those officers are dealt with in any way possible. They should be fired.

Cops don't give other cops other tickets for minor traffic infractions, it's an unwritten rule. They didn't show her professional courtesy.
in the live video she posted, the officer mentioned that the first thing the chief said was "where was the courtesy!". This was the officers' boss who said this. He knew those officers were dead wrong with those tickets. He also commented on how, one day they could be in need of help and she might be the only one who can help them. :/

I think this is trash. As a black man, I feel like a cop pulling you over and asking for your license, registration, and insurance is very common place. In the original video that she made, she was acting like the cop was being mean to her when he asked for those 3 things and she stated how he shouldn't need that stuff since she's a federal employee (therefore he should trust that she's legal right). It seems more like she wanted special treatment and when she didn't get it, it hurt her feelings. However, whenever I get pulled over, I have all that stuff ready and hand it to the cops before they even ask (I keep my insurance and reg in my sunvisor for easy access and always put my wallet in the center console so I won't have to reach around... Cops stop people and write tickets, it's not new. In fact, it's a big way that alot of cities make extra profit. I'm getting tired of people making everything about race.

She also openly admits she was tailgating in the video, yet claims she was pulled over solely for being Black. I just filed a lawsuit and went on with my life. And yes, I did win the lawsuit. But it doesn't matter at all. Like I said Things will Never change.

I agree they do it to all black people but if you’re who’re and make the shit list believe me I know now ….they’ve also ruined my business, my reputation, and block me from getting any type help

Listen i have been pulled over so many times in Illinois alot 4 speeding which i was.. & about 10 times 4 no seat belt.. & I had it on. But because my record shows that I have tickets for no seat belt I can't do anything about it but pay the ticket.. the funny part is that every cops says the same thing that I can take it to court knowing damn well the ticket price goes up when u go to court.. & I tell them that & they say u betta pay it then.. smh.. & I pay it.. 🤦🏾♂️

The biggest crime here is you thought your uniform gave you immunity to this kind of treatment that you've probably witnessed on a daily basis shown towards innocent civilians. That's when you should've went viral.
I'm a trucker & have been pulled over several times for making eye contact with staked out troopers. They always say that I was following too close & then they ask if I have any drugs or weapons in the truck. After answering no, they then ask if they have my permission to search, after answering no again they then call for a K9. Once they get the K9, they say the dog alerted to the truck which gives them reasonable suspicion to search & they search & find nothing.

I am so sorry this happened to you but thank you as a LEO for speaking out. My son (Dad is a LEO) was pulled over without probable cause. Deputy claimed his frame around his tag was illegal. He has a new vehicle and the frame doesn't obstruct anything. They pulled him out of the vehicle, cuffed him and searched his vehicle finding nothing. They then gave him a warning for the frame around his tag. It has humiliated him and upset him. They profiled him period. I showed him your video. I told him imagine being African American it would of gone way worse. He felt threatened and scared for his safety.
BOTTOM LINE: If you work in law enforcement then those are Your people. Doesn't matter if you don't like their actions when you PLEDGE a FRATERNITY.

I am African American. When are we as a people going to stop blaming the color of our skin when we are obviously breaking the law. - No Seat Belt, Operating a Phone while While Car is moving. Not having both hands on the steering wheel. - And so many more infractions. I have sent a copy of this video to the local Police Station, local courts and to her Boss!!! - If you care this little about Safety while taking a video. Can only imagine what other items of the law you were breaking when you actually got stopped!!! - Stop blaming the color of our skin when you are obviously breaking the law!!! - SMH
It happened to me as a law enforcement officer while on duty and a town called Stoughton Massachusetts not only was the officer wrong and pulling my partner and I over in and rental car for which you work out of he lied in court I proved him wrong for falsely pulling him over the black judge upheld his false claims
