I'm all for dropping Biden. I was all in on Bernie this year as well, especially since I at least trust Bernie. The DNC might preach all about platform, but doesn't matter if you don't trust them to accomplish it. Bernie and Tulsi are the only ones I trusted to actually accomplish either a non-interventionist or a healthcare reform, or a student debt and school financing reform, and protecting workers' rights.
So after Super Tuesday I already decided that I was in no way going to support Biden, regardless of allegations or not.

One thing no one is talking about but should is: How sad is it that that once it became publicly known that Tara's mom had called Larry King, some journalist wrote that while this fact was being claimed they "could not" confirm it nor find the said call (Journalist talk for "We did not care to loook for it"). But then, within a matter of hours, people in the public had not only searched for it (Despite their much more limited ressources compared to journalists) but they actually found the clip and made it public, while our mediatic "watch dogs" were still sleeping soundly... This alone should be the bases for enacting laws to ensure mediatic neutrality and seperations from political interests.

In THEIR view, they ARE fulfilling their responsibility to voters, by "educating"(indoctrinating?) voters as to the proper ideological candidate they should vote for.
Ted Kennedy was actually responsible for killing a woman. Bill Clinton had a trail of sexual assault and harassment victims from back when he was governor. Hillary Clinton was ruthless when it came to destroying any and every woman who might pose a threat to the continuation of the Clinton accumulation of political power. The Democratic governor of Virginia did racist things that would have the Democratic establishment and MSM in an uproar if found out about a Republican, and the lieutenant governor has been accused of sexual assault by two women. The MSM didn't and won't go after any of these people, and blindly covers for and enables them, because they all have the proper political and ideological credentials. Bill Clinton, and likely Joe Biden, committed sexual assaults on women, but they get a pass because they are politically and ideologically "correct" on women's issues and every other Democratic Party doctrine. In contrast, Judge Kavanaugh was perceived or feared to be on the incorrect or wrong side, and was therefore endlessly vilified and persecuted on the flimsiest and least believable of set of accusations.
Most of mainstream media is no longer an impartial investigator and presenter of truth and facts, but a seemingly wholely owned propaganda service for the Democratic Party establishment, that behaves as if it gets a group email from the DNC every morning giving them the buzzwords, phrases, and stories to be pushed that day.

@@reynoldriper9814 Blasey Ford provided names of "witnesses" to her assault by Kavanaugh (either that saw it or she talked to ABOUT it), but when these "witnesses" were interviewed they were like "say what?". Reade provided names of individuals she told her story to (at the time, not recently) and now they have been interviewed and say they absolutely remember her saying that. So why did CNN go on and on about Kavanaugh but not for Biden. (Note: we aren't talking about "evidence" with respect to due process in terms of legal or punitive measures against Biden; I absolutely "believe" Reade but without some direct physical evidence this will not and should not result in legal consequences to Biden but that's not the hypocrisy that Rising is pointing out)

Too vague to prove Tara's story, but clear enough to prove that she was indeed going through something related to her service for Joe Biden at the time. It also proves that others can legitimately recall her speaking to them about it at the time, unlike Christine Blasey Ford's alleged witnesses. So Tara did indeed speak to people close to her about her predicament, and was unable to find any means of procuring justice through proper channels due to the corrupt D.C. power structures in play.

That doesn’t mean that we take their word as enough to convict someone, obviously. But the allegations should ALWAYS be taken seriously. They should be investigated. It’s very rare for someone to lie about something like this- because being torn apart in public is not fun. Just ask Blasey-Ford. She received death threats, her family received death threats, and she had to both move and hire around the clock security. It’s not a fun time. And because of the difficultly of coming forward, that alone is reason enough to take accusations seriously.
Also I’m not a fan of Believe Women. I prefer Take Victims Seriously, because men and non binary people are also victims of sexual assault, and their accusations should be taken just as seriously. I also believe the Take Seriously part is better than “believe” because it’s more accurate to the meaning, and can’t be twisted by people who don’t want to take victims seriously at all. So anyone who wants to join me in pushing “Take Victims Seriously” over Believe Women, the help would be appreciated.
And I also agree with the standard that Democrats set with Kavanaugh- a credible accusation should be enough to disqualify someone in a job interview. It’s a far lower standard than beyond reasonable doubt, and that’s fine, because a job interview is far lower stakes than a criminal court. Missing out on a job or promotion is not the same as being sentenced to jail.
This is a job interview. Joe should be disqualified. Just as Trump should have been disqualified. Because I have one standard, and I apply it consistently.

One thing I haven’t seen said enough- no one should ever expect (or press) a sexual assault victim to vote for a likely rapist. And it isn’t a case of “it’s one or the other”. Not when it comes to voting, it isn’t. I’d vote for a dog turd before I’d vote for a rapist, and if that means that it would give the election to the other rapist, that’s not my fault. You cannot expect a rape victim to vote for a rapist- regardless of party. It’s the party’s fault that they didn’t get their candidate well enough.
