Dan Ryan, she didn't just come out with it now. If you follow Rising regularly, you would have heard that Tara tried to get someone to listen to her over a YEAR ago. Wasn't that about when Biden threw his hat in the ring? Too bad she didn't start by going to Rising, or we all may have heard about this a lot sooner. It's no picnic for a woman to step forward with these types of allegations, no matter WHEN they do. They get smeared in the press, receive death threats, and various other sorts of public ridicule. There is nothing to be gained except a clear conscience, and they pay a heavy price for it.
