@@METAL1ON Woo, four months late answer! Yes, you have to jump through all 4 hoops to activate the Sirian teleportation beam. It deals heavy damage to Ugh-Zan III and stuns him, keeping him from regenerating.

Granted, Next Encounter isn't exactly easy to get hold of since it's only on Playstation 2 and GameCube. It's also not a main series game, so there's that. Would love to see a video with all Sam games in it though. Preferably with background music.
