Thanks, John. Good move to skip the middle of the building and move on to the far end, which is more interesting. I've mentioned in other videos my confusion about the use of the top floor, that is the left (as we view it) half of it. But I see in this episode evidence that it was finished space, including ventilation ducts, and the finished center column. Looking back at part 6 I see ducts there too, and metal studs on the wall indicating a finished surface had been there. These guys didn't save the ladder, extension ladder this time. First section visible up to 21:14 and second at 58:45.
Nice job tracking the AC all the way down 😂 that was awesome
Thanks, John.

Ich find gut, dass der Kameramann mit seinen Aufnahmen für Abwechslung sorgt.
Does RCA = Radio Corporation of America? I thought they went paws up decades ago.
It was named the RCA Building when it was built in 1969, and they never changed the building name despite the demise of the RCA Company in the 1980s.
I'm wondering why he's going so slow???

Really an ugly building and nice to see that go. Unfortunately, being under the flight path of Reagan, horrible place to put up a condo building.
