The operator is taking great care not to harm those high pressure hydraulics. He makes sense to me. While it seems a shame, these homes are extremely expensive to maintain especially in that climate. None of the walls had ANY insulation. Or anywhere for that matter. Fuel was cheap back then. Things change. Not much demand for the many tiny rooms floor plans anymore either. Not sure how sad it really is.

Must be a first time operator. This job should not take more that 15 minutes. Wrong bucket, a claw bucket needed on these jobs.
