Agreed the heat source was not a breathing friendly aporadus. I seen that right away. If you didn't open the door their would have been an efixiation concern
These are called "Gumpi" here in Norway and have been used for a long time by the sámi reindeer herders. Size-wise they range from smaller and more compact than this (some even as compact they resemble pop-up tents) to much larger ones.
That’s an awesome brother of you!!! My brother does things like that as well or even for random people , he has a huge heart and likes to give people a better day is what he says ! He’s the least selfish person I know !!!!
You should get a "one shot" to solve your slush clearing situation. The headache could be from the propane heater. I always get a dry throat and headache when using propane heaters. Diesel heaters are the way to go.
Invert the hole area or add more lumber and take out excess to form basin. Water will leave. And put a lightweight splash guard bro I love your posts!!! To God be the the glory!!
Around 51:59 I really enjoyed the, for lack of a better word, theatrical version of Clair De Lune. That version of the song fit really well with your video. Also thought the last few seconds of the video with trying to get the glamper back on the ramp, was pretty funny.
Mark the holes from inside the ice glamper, move the glamper, drill the holes, clean up the hole, move the glamper on the holes, no mess inside. Really enjoy your channel.
Bro, with the snow dog, I think having one of the sharp screws to make the holes, then cutting a couple of mm off the ones you install on the tracks would be way less risky. Maybe using some kinda of low temp thread lock (not really that) or glue would be even better. Heck yeah for the camper mission!
Surprise with the amount of time and effort yall put into that portable one man ice shack, yall didn’t put any insulation inside it, that’s would’ve been a plus for coziness and risen up the price in case yall wanted to sale it.
Gadgets and gizmos a plenty! How fun your workshop would be to just go wild and build stuff, lol (I’m talking about for myself, and I’m sure many others would too.) Great work, guys
VEVOR has a kerosene heater ( 12V 8KW diesel air heater that has a 10L tank, LCD monitor with remote control), a heat outlet, and an exhaust outlet. It sips the fuel and has multiple settings. Simple Living Alaska retrofitted one into a case, so they could have their dogs stay warm, in their sleds doghouse, for the 6.5 hour snowmobile ride to their cabin. They also set one up to heat their chicken coop. Might be what you are looking for...
Carbon monoxide poisoning from your heater not enough venting in your shack is why you had a headache, happens alot in the pop-up portable ice shacks, try running the drill in reverse push the slush down the holes works great
Best luck ive had for morning bite for salmon through the ice is by putting the bait from just under the ice to about 5 ft down for morning bite. Salmon will run just under the surface. Fished Champlain my whole life and have caught many many salmon doing so.
What's funny is that Flair will be like, "We can't show cleaning the catch because of UA-cam" and then posts the uncensored cleaning on his website. Fowler's like, "Oh nice - a perch!" And then rips its head off with his bare hands.
Man, Fowler looks like hed be such a boss to hang out with. Been watching him since the alone days and once I seen him on UA-cam, it was a instant sub for me. Been following for a few years now and his vids always keep me entertained. Keep it up Zach!
My last bob house was 8x8 setup on 16" bar joist as skids. Insulated floor and forced hot air under the floor. 12 volt lighting, gas heat and cooking. A real sweet rig but heavy. I called it Ice Station Zebra, and it was painted like a zebra. I fished mostly on New Found Lake. My rooster is named Bucky. 😁
Mate talk about a glamping setup that’s awesome the only way you could improve that is by making your shelter bigger and have the kitchen inside and driver setup maybe something to shelter you from the weather while you travel oh and maybe alter the skis so they dig in a bit more for the donuts 😂 love it tho
One thing you can do with your auger is take your drill and put it into reverse and send all the slush back under the hole. Alford is one of those places that is hit or miss as well.
If you mark your holes, push the camper up out of the way. Then drill your holes and push it back over the holes you wouldn't have all the water coming in. Nice job
Dude! Put a diesel heater in the front of the machine in the engine bay. Heat run ports to the outside of it and you can heat your shelters or anything you want
So... the 1st thing you were using to scrape the ice back into the holes right after you finished drilling them.... IS THE ICE HOLE SCOOP.... Just an FYI.
I just wanted to thank whatever production assistant who created the trailer gate snare/clap drop. That was awesome. You are very talented and should continue to pursue your dreams.
Ive always had the best luck fishing right about an hour before high tide then all through high tide going out and lowtide but never during peak high tide or coming in lol
Instead of getting a hole warmer, cut about two inches of each hole through the shack before you set up on the ice, move the shack, drill, clean holes, nove shack back over holes. Great video
Idk much about snow stuff but shouldn’t the tire studs be spread out more than 3 planes? It’s gonna cut into the ice in those 3 spots vs 5 or 7 planes staying on top of the ice.
Your headache was probably from running that heater all night and drying out your sinuses. ;) Grandma here.
I was just about to say that haha. Grandma allways knows best ❤
Yup that's what it was. Had that happen multiple times over the years
Agreed the heat source was not a breathing friendly aporadus. I seen that right away. If you didn't open the door their would have been an efixiation concern
Was going to say the exact same thing
Yep .
They have this mini wood stove now this is what you need

Absoloutly ... I love my little Chinese diesel heatet
Invert the hole area or add more lumber and take out excess to form basin. Water will leave. And put a lightweight splash guard bro I love your posts!!! To God be the the glory!!
love that your brother is with you now your channel will grow more since you guys have same hobbies. Love it man keep doing your thing god bless !!!
He has the Fowler beard too, so it must be official.
wonder if he charges his brother for video editing like greg and Amos as well ?
loading the glamper camper like a champion. that was awesome. thank you mucho grande from senor Fowler!
Next time, start the holes, then move the shack, then finish the holes, clean the ice out , and move it back.

Really???? Or just bring a squeegee and a dust pan to clean the mess without the extra work and head ache of what you suggest lol
Maybe some towels also or paper roll along with the squeegee and dust pan.
Yes carry extra stuff around wth, the glamper can be moved almost without any effort, I guess its too much to do it right for you.😃
the editing with the music in the beginning was great!

The thumbnail made me feel this was a Lego set! Awesome.
😂😂😂

Man, i really enjoy when the brothers are together. Another dope vid Fowler!
been looking forward to a long fowler vid! thanks! cant wait for another 30 day challenge!

Sorry, diesel heater
Great show thank you for sharing it with us. Have a great day
Carbon monoxide poisoning from your heater not enough venting in your shack is why you had a headache, happens alot in the pop-up portable ice shacks, try running the drill in reverse push the slush down the holes works great
Great video! Wicked setup! Another tip for slush in the holes is to put the auger in reverse and blow it back down the hole.
SO cool that you like motorcycles and slingshots ! EDIT : I saw what you did. the clever editing at 8:18 with the music and hammer synching.
wow, never seen such a smooth ad transition

Love your drive !!!! If I only was financially better off I would love to do things like you do my friend !!! I love your work!!!

The thing is a person that doesn't show blood can make more money on UA-cam than someone that does. I'm just trying to be informal:)
Awesome Fowler 👌 gotta go to work can't wait to watch in the morning 😀 ❤from Michigan

Smelt are so much fun to catch. And it's so cool seeing the G4 all lit up! Bonus: 😋
59:20 get a water agitator, it just vibrates on top of the water, keeps it from freezing
Cool ice house.
Awsome Video Man, Always Fun To See What Toy Your Going To Show Us Next This Snow Camper Thingy Is Tops For Me
It would make sense that the smellt are coming in with the tide👍.
I love thise little buggers😊.
Nice little glamper shanty🎉.
JO JO IN VT 💞

Great repurpose of the glamper camper. Hope you feel better soon
One thing you can do with your auger is take your drill and put it into reverse and send all the slush back under the hole. Alford is one of those places that is hit or miss as well.
A small which mounted to the front of the trailer will help load your glamper shack. Something to help tweak your setup and make it easier on you.
Start using finely chopped spring onions green parts on your dishes it will make em look less brown and fried. lol 🍜👍
Winter Camper Glamper Ice Camper is that about right? 😂😂😂
The heater you were talking about is easy. A chinese deisel heater. Exuast can be vented out side. It sips fuel and draw very little 12v power.
i like the cabin in the background ... Stay authentic
YOU ARE THE MAN ..... Real nice you got your bro new kicks #TeamFowler
Ain't nothing better after a long day at work. To come home and see a long video from Zach
Why is your bait bigger than the fish you caught?😂
Love the drone footage!
If you mark your holes, push the camper up out of the way. Then drill your holes and push it back over the holes you wouldn't have all the water coming in. Nice job
That glamper is so cool and inspiring
What a spectacular production!
The best free hand circle cut ever.
Finally it is called glamping and not survival 😂
After the warm weather and poor ice this year I want to build a little skid shack for next year. How wide is yours?
I was hoping for skis on the pirate ship 😂
man i haven't watched Zach in aw3hile but look at the team he has now that's crazy
Keep that power pack inside next time... better for batteries super sweet!
I just wanted to thank whatever production assistant who created the trailer gate snare/clap drop.
That was awesome. You are very talented and should continue to pursue your dreams.
FINATIC !!!!! finally gonna get that world record gar
The heater you described wanting to make sounds an awful lot like a diesel heater
Ive always had the best luck fishing right about an hour before high tide then all through high tide going out and lowtide but never during peak high tide or coming in lol
Just toonin in reminding ready to see this though more so then just regular camping!!
“I’ll keep this pack on in case someone gets shot and I can save their life….. I just need to add bandaids “ 😂😂😂😂
Those small heaters need fresh air
lol I've been wondering where you been at. Great work you put into your videos man. Im from southern Maine
Great video love the setup. headache is probably from the heating source!
The end of the video was like F##K AROUND AND FIND OUT 😂
Shout out sir watching from Philippines God bless you more and to your families 😊
Australians make jewelry boxes out of Ostrich eggs, because their shell is so thick...
A touch of blue loctite on the threads eliminates the nylon bolt problem.
Awesome vid mate loved it , had wondered what uv been up to ,,, got my water world 2.0 shirt too , takes a while get to the UK but got it 😅
Definitely your heater those are oxygen burners look into a portable Buddy heater I have the big buddy heater but it's overkill
be carful sleepign with that heater on and not having the door open so you dont take all the oxygen out
Where do you get the self warming cup? That would be soooo handy for the fishing 🎣
just a thought. keep some slush ice water in that pan for your fish. Maybe
what a mission at the end tho hahaha glad you worked that one out . gold star
Instead of getting a hole warmer, cut about two inches of each hole through the shack before you set up on the ice, move the shack, drill, clean holes, nove shack back over holes. Great video
20:11 MASSABESIC HIGH SCHOOL!!
I know ya, Mr editor. lol. U were a year ahead of me
Just found you .👍 I’ll be looking for more . Thanks
Another awesome build 😊😊❤❤❤
Idk much about snow stuff but shouldn’t the tire studs be spread out more than 3 planes? It’s gonna cut into the ice in those 3 spots vs 5 or 7 planes staying on top of the ice.
Awesome setup.. definitely a propane headache 😎🤌🏼🔥
Very cool setup!, another fun video. Thanks
You should install a diesel heater I hear they work amazing.
An Appalachian trail 30 day survival would be cool
Man that looks like so much fun!
fowler is the best!
If you have a extra Minnow net it works actually better than an ice scooper to clear your hole
Can’t wait
Very cool idea
Absolute gem your a boss fowler
It's about time been waiting for 2 days
Thank you Mr Fowler you are an awesome guy I love the way that you run your UA-cam channel it just makes my week so much better
The run to push at the end was the best haha
I love your videos so much keep it up I love how you pray every video
Propex heater! HS2000 is awesome. Efficient on propane and electric.
You should slant the box around the hole so it all slides together and make a hole so you can clean the ice and water out
Just drill all three holes a little bit and push your house out of the way then finish holes the rest of the way. No mess in the house
Run your auger in reverse and it will flush your holes out.
Smelt are one of the best tasting fish of the north. I used to sein them when i was 15.
This was too fun to watch!.
Reverse the drill to get rid of the slush. The headache is likely from CO poisoning. Did you have a fresh air vent and CO detector?
