If you can touch 1900 elo you’re practically diamond the gameplay doesn’t really change till you get to like 2.1k elo I’m currently 2.3k and I used to overthink my gameplay the closer I got to diamond I just think you gotta relax and focus on punishing more and winning in the neutral
If you really like the gold border, You can create another account get that account to gold rank and link it to your main account, You will have the gold border available on your main account though account linking 👌
Does it matter to be on pc or next gen with a good to decent monitor? Because im still on old gen with a shit giant tv, and i feel like my game is never as smooth and responsive as yours for example. Unless your getting a pc it doesn’t matter much since brawl doesn’t adapt the full 120 gps on console so just don’t have a giant tv that gives input lag and you’re chilling

2.3k elo player here! 1. Pick A weapon that you wanna become diamond with and pick the legend that has best use of that weapon (mine is GS and I have a level 89 Arcadia) 2. Focus on Movement and Punishing. All platinum players play the same it’s just the speed gets quicker let them throw out dumb attacks and just punish them for it. 3. Stop Mashing, you have to win in the neutral to become diamond you shouldn’t be attacking if you’re not going to hit, don’t just randomly throw out attacks 4. Study the opponent mid fight, most plat players have the same dodges, same combos, the same everything If you focus on these 4 things i promise you’ll jump to diamond in like a week or 2 it’s not hard
You won't reach diamond rank right after watching the video, but I'll give you the keys to get there, and I hope it helps you! :)
