It was an interesting video. Watching your video kinda makes me want to go for diamond and really push for it this season I’m not that far away from it.
Really great video. The editing alone far surpasses 12k. And regardless the quality is high. As for your coverage, it was great! Really good video to get people introduced to the game

This video is impressive, truly impressive as someone who has played the game for several years and competed in major tournaments watching someone do things, that take many casual players several months to achieve, in just a day or two is awesome. The layout of the video is perfect and the type never before seen in the brawlhalla community. I'd love to see this go further!

To anybody who is discouraged with their won improvement after watching Mirrorman's ultra fast improvement to high-plat within one week of playtime, please note that his growth is rather normal for someone like him and you yourself may have improved at this rate as well. First off, he has ALOT of time in other games like this so that definitely influenced his growth rate positively but the main take-away points are the fact that he only mained one character during this time of playing, and his positive mindset greatly increased his improvement aswell. When I personally played this game, I played with one weapon until my ADHD made me get bored and pick up another weapon, so it is apparent that even though he is high-plat with one specific, beginner-friendly weapon (katars), he himself stated how hard it was to start using a less beginner friendly weapon (gauntlets) and how he regressed a lot of elo after trying to use another weapon. Because of my ADHD I have become around the same skill level of high-plat with all of the weapons in the game so while his caspian may beat me in a 1v1, if we were to play random I would win 99% of the time. That is how it is when somebody only plays one character, they will improve fast but they will have a hard time overcoming bad habits specific to the character (like his dsig usage), so I see his growth rather normal from this perspective. In addition, his mindset of being positive while learning is also another reason why he learned so quickly. You'd be surprised by how much thinking smart with a good and clear mind will improve your growth rate, but words will mean nothing unless you just try it yourself. I mean, it was one of the reasons why Mirrorman grew so much skill so quickly so you should try it to :3.
This video is actually what inspired me to hit diamond this week. after 1000 hours, and hitting 2.4 million xp on my account watching you play for a fraction of the time i have made me go “huh, something needs to change” and then boom i hit diamond so thanks man. also the editing style is super refreshing on brawlhalla videos.
I want to thank you mirrorman, i have played brawlhalla for a really long time but never reached diamond until i saw this video. Watching you play ranked without fear of going down elo really helped me overcome my fear of playing ranked games. I tend to ignore ranked and play experimental because i thought i could never reach diamond, but after watching you play brawlhalla, i noticed that i just had to stop being so nervous when playing my games.
This is some insane stuff, well done my friend. I love brawlhalla and have a lot of experience so it’s incredible seeing it get some attention. As a person who doesn’t play lance particularly but doesn’t find it annoying, I can understand the frustration of all the landing aerials. When I play it I try and do it differently with more grounded options cos it’s more fun for everyone really. Sucks how a fun weapon can be ruined by the “optimal” way to play it. I’m hoping they nerf side air drift but buff some grounded options to even it out
I love the edit i was there all the week watching you and honestly u inspired me to try to hit diamond. Experienced player here! And first off I want to say you have made some impressive ass progress for one week. It took me a couple hundred hours alone to get to plat and many more for where you are at currently. Secondly I do have some tips for you. Watch out for how people recover back to wall as it is usually either a dodge or a recovery and punish accordingly. Learn some true combos on gauntlets as well and watch the gameplay skyrocket since your reads are already good. Lastly try to count your opponent's recovery options offstage and not just yours as it can help punish the recovery or dodge as I previously mentioned. Good luck!
I have 2200 hours and 2100 Diamond elo in this game, it’s nice to see a video (a well made and produced one at that) of someone learning all the mechanics I’ve mastered over the years. Cudos to you man fun video to watch

Bro that was fantastic! Your mental strength is absolutely incredible 😂. As a long time hardstuck plat, I would've reached 11:50 after about 6 games in.
11:46 that's the most annoying this about this game lmao, when you get to higher ranks, there will be a handful of players that jump constantly to bait out attacks and almost never touch the ground until you whiff an attack
Keep in mind, when you're going offstage, try hitting the opponent far from the stage, while you can still go back to hit the wall/ground to get your jump/recovery back. You should do this as much as possible, and even if they get back on stage, you will probably be able to get them back off.
I know you have experience in the scene but it was mindboggling to see someone reach ~50 elo below my peak in a WEEK. With this kind of focus on improvement, I genuinely think you could make it to pro level.

Bro, that was insane and impressive. I'm playing Brawlhalla just for fun for 2 years. That's why I still stuck in low plat with way to many ingame hours. Maybe I should also practise more. Anyway, I loved that video
caspian was an insane pick. i have only about 30 hrs on the game but i tried mordex at first and it was a no go and then i switched to casp and it was like a godsend and i ranked up immediately
For new players I recommend Orion and then Artemis once you get a better understanding of the lance and then you just have the learn scythe but you did make a good decision as Caspian is absolutely busted

I’ve been playing Brawlhalla for 2 years with 490+ hours HOW DID YOU DO THIS this is wonderful man great.
It took me 3 years to hit plat. Respect Mirror man, Respect 🫡
most people don't really see how much time this editing must've taken, I mean I'm an editor so I can really appreciate this video, Good job man.
10:58 fr the plat experience; the floaty mordex
this was really well made holy, good job man, earned a like there
as a person with many many hours in this game, do not expect to make as much progress as this guy. he is a pro
as someone who’s trying to get better at brawlhalla, I’m impressed how well you can progress within only a week
I’ve been playing for 1 year and I just hit gold last season, and here you are hitting PLAT IN A WEEK
This is such a great video, I'm extremely impressed on how fast you progresed. I was able to hit diamond yesterday after 2 years of playing. Unbelievable!
as person with brawlhalla game hours brawlhalla, i love these learning videos.
seeing this dude do more progress than my whole 200h of playing this game in just 7 days is insane
1600 hours on brawl peak 1950 this just sad to watch tbh
Wth 1900 within a week is crazy, even if you have played a ton of fighting games you still need insane dedication and motivation to improve that much
17:10 there’s no way that he hit a combo that sounds like the corn hub theme
Bruh I can't unhear it🤣
im more impressed that u managed to play brawlhalla ranked for 6 hours straight for 7 days without losing ur mind than the fact that u almost got diamond in only 7 days of playing brawl
My man's captured the entire game in a single video
video quality is beyond professiona, good shit bro
Amazing video man! respect the grind so much! And aye the cool flyer 🔥
Bro, that was insane and impressive. I'm playing Brawlhalla just for fun for 2 years. That's why I still stuck in low plat with way to many ingame hours.
Maybe I should also practise more.
Anyway, I loved that video
Oh god, you're a legend man! I've never thought somebody can almost reach diamond only in a week. You're god damn cool!
the fact that i have 180 hrs and all i do is practice on scythe and still on 1350ELO this got me so mad but so proud of how quickly u progressed
Wow this is an amazing video, extremely well edited and entertaining, plus your fighting game skill is just so impressive
Congrats on 100k views!
This man is born to be the second best man alive
caspian was an insane pick. i have only about 30 hrs on the game but i tried mordex at first and it was a no go and then i switched to casp and it was like a godsend and i ranked up immediately
im plat too started 3 days ago w the game. currently using snake eyes as my main
For new players I recommend Orion and then Artemis once you get a better understanding of the lance and then you just have the learn scythe but you did make a good decision as Caspian is absolutely busted
Im lowkey wanting to cry
